Price is okay. The biggest advantage is its location. It is very close the Buffalo Airport.

Close to amenities

Pros: Housekeeping staff and the hot breakfast.
Cons: I don't have information for this question.
Location: Close to restaurants and highway and shopping malls.
The location if convenient to amenities; the housekeeping staff was so friendly and made sure we have everything we needed in the room. Easy to check-in and check-out. We were given free hot breakfast, a bonus on our stay.

Good hotel near Buffalo airport

Pros: location, shuttle, breakfast
Cons: reception lobby area
Location: Buffalo airport
Stayed for only one night on my way to Niagara Falls. I really enjoyed the free breakfast that had a good menu. The shuttle was also very useful as it picked me up at around midnight from the airport. There's also a Denny's restaurant right outside the hotel, so I ate there late at night.

Everyone was helpful and accommodating!

Pros: The hotel was close to the airport and breakfast was convenient.
Cons: n/a
Location: Most of this things we did were in Buffalo or Niagara Falls. We rented a car and had a wonderful experience in New York.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice breakfast each morning and very clean.

Pros: near the airport, staff was very helpful getting my car back to the airport and taking us to the airport in the morning.

Horrible experience overall

I stayed at a Best Western Buffalo Inn Airport,. I work late on Buffalo wanted to go somewhere to sleep right away. I booked a reservation online and then was charged again at the front desk. After realizing this I called the online reservation to cancel. The hotel was glad to cancel the cheaper of the two reservations and not the more expensive one. This experience took 45 minutes to an hour of my stay of where I already had limited time to sleep. I left a review and contacted hotel management via email. 3 days later still no response. Thank you for ruining my night sleep and not having the decency to call me back. Hotel is dated carpet is old don't stay here
