The hotel location was convenient and there was ample parking. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The room was nice, but had dust caked on many places, especially in the bathroom which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Room service was listed but not available. The staff was not hospitable and we felt as though we were bothering them if we needed to interact with them.

We stayed for the eclipse. Management had put out treats to celebrate which was so lovely. I was worried it was going to be crowded and rowdy but it was wonderful. Very nice to have a pet friendly location to stay. Right across from the airport but we never heard a plane. Furnishings in the room are slightly outdated but clean. Rooms themselves feel so big! Easy 15 min to downtown. Management and staff all had Eclipse shirts and were very friendly. Loved our stay, hope to be back.

The staff are very professional and responsive to any concerns. The greeted my family and little boys when we arrived and helped them feel welcome and reduce the stress of being in a new place. The staff checked in during our visit. We are very pleased with your stay.

I do wish there was an employee that would check into the pool area as there are a lot of children that misbehave making it hard for it to be a relaxing environment. Parents also don't always monitor their kids and allow young children in the hot tub by themselves.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and even came each day to clean as well (which was a surprise in the post-Covid world). The gym was good as well.

We stayed here Easter weekend to see a hockey game at Keybank Center. The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained. It was not loud considering it's directly across from the airport. We were able to pick the room we wanted on the Hilton app the day before, so we picked the 5th floor at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator. The lady at the front desk was lovely and our check in was easy and quick. We prepaid for breakfast through Expedia which was a great deal. We were there Easter morning and the staff at the restaurant - Marie (server) and the Polish Chef - were amazing and the food was delicious! The pancakes and potatoes are a must-try! We even got to try special Polish Easter Bread. Thank you for your hospitality! We had dinner at the American Grill the night before and the food was delicious then too - we had the wings, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Kid's burger (bigger than most Canadian adult burgers) and Kids Grilled Cheese. We used the pool for a bit too before the hockey game and our kids loved it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I could park there while away at a conference. DO NOT buy their cocktails at the bar! Weak and gross and overpriced!

Booked a night at this hotel and we were given a room on a floor full of kids that kept running and screaming in corridors like no tomorrow. Woke us up several times in the middle of the night. Hotel amenities are pretty dated.

If you are Canadian be careful with leaving your car here.. This hotel will inflate the cost of parking...I had 3 debits to my account concerning parking and two credits -with the net result being that my parking was inflated in cost. Irritating... Also some staff do not like driving you to the airport at 3:30 in the morning and it shows... The hotel itself is nice but...I dont think I will be back.

Once you get past the lobby, the rest of the hotel that we encountered was in poor shape. Peeling paint, dirty, scratches on the tables, messes, carpets lifting up causing trip hazards. For almost $200 a night and being a big name hotel, I expected it to be in good shape.

The staff was great, overall a goood experience. We did not use the gym or the pool and the dinner menu was so so. The breakfast options were really good. Bed was too soft and uncomfortable but the room was in good shape and more than what we could ask for. We would go there again for sure.

Great room size. The sleeping area was in a separate area, 2 TVs large were available in in room. I only wish there was a door for the bedroom area for additional privacy. Great room size.
