Nice hotel and cheap for a one night stay

Hotel was great but the covers and blankets did nothing to keep me warm. I had to get up and find an extra comforter to try and warm up so I could go to sleep. The pillows were also very cold.

Pros: Overall cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable and quiet heater ensured a good night's sleep.
Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable... better than expected.

Not clean and dirty

Cons: Cleanliness. Rooms were disgusting.
My room and my sisters room was completely dirty upon check in. Dirty towels in the bathroom in each. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in multiple guest stays. Arrived extremely late and told front desk the next morning. Sister was offered a 50% discount and she checked out and went elsewhere. I was offered Holiday Inn points because I booked with expedia. No reimbursement whatsoever. What am I going to do with Holiday Inn points??? What a joke.

We booked through Expedia to change the reservation twice and I was honored the no change/cancellation clause due to Grayson! Holden was operator that checked with hotel! I have stayed there b4 and will do again

Pros: The comfortable beds
Cons: Fixing the hot tub
Very nice hotel. Stayed here while I was shopping and the only disappointing thing was the hot tub was down. That was my main reason for staying here. They should have put up a memo about the broken hot tub as I was very disappointed. Other than that I love this hotel.

Great for the price

Pros: Great location close to everything
Nice and clean accommodations right near the airport - I was surprised at how quiet it was despite the proximity to the airport. I would stay there again.

Hot tub was out of order which was disappointing. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Park and fly was great
