Park and Fly

Pros: Shuttle drivers very polite!
Very disappointed. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always left our car in LaQuinta's parking lot(always felt that it was secure). This most recent stay, we were instructed to leave our car several miles down the road in a unsecured back parking lot, next to a Super 8 hotel. The car was parked in an almost vacant lot next to a highway. I would not recommend using this hotel as a park and fly if they continue this practice.

Convenient to the airport

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Please invest in an elevator.
Location: Convenient to the airport.
I was disappointed at no elevator and no available rooms on the ground floor. We had large bags to lift and we are past 70 yrs of age. No hotel staff offered to help with our luggage.

Great Staff!!

Arrived and it was an easy checkout with (as we called him Santa). He also was very kind to call the shuttle driver and get him to come in early for us. Our car was there for the weekend with no problems and our pickup from the airport after our stay was excellent. Such a great experience!

Poor Condition Room

It was raining the day we checked in and the room has weird mold smell. The bathroom door did not lock. The Breakfast place is very small and was overcrowded the next day. The mattress was itchy and one of our kid ended up with allergies. Not worth the $300 paid for the room.

Hotel worth the Price!

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The gym should be relocated to the first floor and away from any guess room.
Location: closed to almost all the good shopping area and a few minutes from Niagara Falls.
I stay here two night and the hotel was closed to the location where I was heading to. It was perfect because I travel with pets which they are allowed with no additional fees. The hotel was ok for the price, the room where clean and they have free breakfast with a lot variety to choose from. My only complain was that my room was right next to the gym and late at night around 12 to 1 am in the morning when the guess were using the gym I hear loud noise coming from people running on the treadmill it was very disturbing. they should consider putting the gym on the first floor away from guess room.

No room at the inn!

Very disappointing after a 9 hour drive. We arrived at midnight and very tired. We didn't actually get to stay because when we got to our room there was someone already occupying it. The hotel was overbooked even though I already prepaid for my room. We had to stay at a different hotel.
