Poor Condition Room

It was raining the day we checked in and the room has weird mold smell. The bathroom door did not lock. The Breakfast place is very small and was overcrowded the next day. The mattress was itchy and one of our kid ended up with allergies. Not worth the $300 paid for the room.

Hotel worth the Price!

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The gym should be relocated to the first floor and away from any guess room.
Location: closed to almost all the good shopping area and a few minutes from Niagara Falls.
I stay here two night and the hotel was closed to the location where I was heading to. It was perfect because I travel with pets which they are allowed with no additional fees. The hotel was ok for the price, the room where clean and they have free breakfast with a lot variety to choose from. My only complain was that my room was right next to the gym and late at night around 12 to 1 am in the morning when the guess were using the gym I hear loud noise coming from people running on the treadmill it was very disturbing. they should consider putting the gym on the first floor away from guess room.

Barely a 1 star hotel - old, delapidated building,

Staff was nice, but hotel is physically in shambles. I can not believe I paid $115 to spend a night here! Leaky bathroom fixtures, old warn carpet, musty smell throughout. The only reason we stayed the night was because we arrived really late and the bed linens seemed new and clean, but we didn't take our socks off once. Gross...would not recommend unless price per night was $40, because then you know that you're getting what you pay for.

Hotel close to shopping and restaurants

Pros: Close to shopping and restaurants
Cons: Animals being allowed in the hotel
When I arrive at approx. 6.30pm the front desk clerk wasn't there, had to wait 12 minutes, before I could sign in. There were no rooms available on first floor as requested on my reservation. The front desk clerk said he had a room but was next door to a couple that had very big dogs.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Access to the airport was near perfect. Road noise from the highway was almost nonexistent due to the vegetation, another good point. Only detractor was no elevator. Heavy suitcases and stairs aren't a great mix.
