Dirty dishes in cabinets- moldy coffee lift in mak

Oldest most run down Tesidence Inn I have ever stayed at. Dirty stained carpet and heavy curry smell in the hallways.

Evening front counter

The evening front counter staff were awesome, probably the best I've encountered. Pleasant and accommodating. I would have given five stars but the hot tub wasn't working, you could sit in it, the water was definitely the right temperature, unfortunately no jets. Oh well it was still relaxing after shopping. The pool is small but the kids loved it.

Front desk staff

Pros: Very clean and friendly staff
Cons: Get hot tub fixed
Location: Great area lots of shopping and very close to many restaurants
We booked in fairly late after driving for a many hours and the staff were excellent, we would especially like to give Jim the thumbs up, he was very friendly and very accommodating , through out our stay he went out off his way to make sure we were comfortable.

Close to where I was working.

Pros: I felt safe.
Location: Love being close to the mall and so many restaurants.
When I visit Buffalo I work a lot of hours, it's nice to stay where restaurants are close by. I also like a suite because if I bring work back to the hotel I am not working in the same room where I sleep.

Disappointed

Disappointed with the old condition of this hotel, the uncomfortable bed and furniture and, most of all that the linens were only changed when we requested it after 4 nights. For it being a Marriott and the nightly room rate price, I was truly disappointed. Coming home to Buffalo was fantastic except for the hotel. And then to find out I could not get Marriott points - disappointing!!

great hotel

Pros: The size and amenities of the room were awesome.
Location: Galleria Mall, Niagara Falls, Anchor Bar, Eden Corn Festival, Langford Tractor Pull
The hotel is conveniently located so its an easy drive to the main attractions in and about the Buffalo & Niagara areas.

Location: Awesome location. Close to the Ontario border
Not. The rugs were so soiled. The pull out couch was dated back to the 60's

Not a bad trip at all. We were visiting family

Pros: Room was clean, breakfast was good, front desk staff helpful.
Cons: ok, so, there was a nasty smell on the hall on the 2nd floor. Couldn't pinpoint it, but bothered me. Took 2 days to get the TV remote batteries change
Location: Good location, many good restaurants nearby, close to the highway (I90) close to the airport and the mall.
A few small issues, tv s a problem. Took me 2 days to get someone there to change the batteries (the one in the bedroom was identical, so it wasn't a biggie). Breakfast was good. One issue which kind of bothered me was there was an awful smell in the hallways (2nd floor). and there was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Having just quit smoking 3 weeks ago, it was a little annoying. Front desk staff was very helpful. Great coffee 24/7.
