Check in is always a long process at this property, the property and rooms are clean. The hotel can be a we bit noisy with in coming and out going aircraft from the Buffalo airport. Although it stops after 11ish.

Pros: Rooms were clean
As the title says ... basic, hope you like pink bathrooms, we checked in very slow, and some what disinterested staff, A/C did not work in our 1st room. We were quickly moved to another. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. But the hotel its self is in need of major renovation. Good location.

Decent hotel close to airport and services

Pros: Good location, spacious, clean room. Staff pleasant.
Cons: Fresher fruit at breakfast. Better coffee quality at breakfast. Smoke detectors (for cigarette smoke) in hallways/rooms.
Location: Lots of shopping and eateries nearby on Transit Rd.
5-night stay in August 2017. Room was spacious and clean and staff were pleasant. Breakfast options rather meager - fruit was far from fresh - the waffle-maker seemed popular. Biggest negative was cigarette smoke entering our room from the hallway outside our room on the 2nd floor. This happened more than once. I believe the installation of smoke detectors in the hallways might solve this problem. Perhaps we'd be awakened by the smoke alarm rather than by the smoke? I would stay here again.

Premium Rate, very low grade quality room

Cons: Cleaner rooms, update the wall finished to fill cracks and damage
We knew booking the room on a Saturday would result in a high weekend rate, and semi last minute, but the room was a budget local town motel quality and size. Breakfast included if you were fine with just a pre-packed Danish or fruit or waffle. Room was very aged and had cracks in the wall, dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Very unimpressed for the $175 we paid for a very small 2 double bed room.

Disappointed days.

Pros: breakfast, water pressure in the bathroom.
Cons: put some freshener in the rooms to have a better odor. Terrible odor in the rooms.
Location: Good places to go eating; shopping and close to the freeway.
We expect to have a nice stay in this hotel, the good things are: nice water pressure; breakfast was fine and plenty; the bad things are: the room had a bad odor and all our things got it, we have to get some sheets to remove the bad odor; the Wi-Fi is not secure, I got a Troyan virus; no elevator (for those that have knee or hip problems like me). I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. Sorry :-( I give it ONE staror maybe two.

Liked the room and price.just used to the continental breakfast to be more than a few pre packaged muffins and cinnamon buns.

There were crusted on noodles on my pillow and the towel hanging over the tub in the washroom was also dirty...
