The staff was terrible no smille no hello or hi. Room was suppose to be ready a 3pm and ti was ready at 3:45 .

Comfortable beds

The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the second floor which was tough as there is no elevator. Staff was friendly.

Pros: nothing
Cons: more breakfast options. more attention to room cleanliness.
Location: about a mile from exit 49 on I-90. near restaurants and shopping. Grew up in area. Buffalo food: Duff"s, Teds hotdog, Paula's Donut, Antoinette Sweets
No elevator. Steep stairs. Staff appear to live at hotel. Discounted room very small overlooking dirty roof. Unclean shower wall, dirty tissue found wedged in air conditioner. Bed appeared clean and fairly comfortable. Cold continental breakfast with little options. Upon checkout, staff automatically charged my account before asking if the card used to reserve room was the card I wanted to pay with.

This place is so bad I checked out the next morning and re-located to a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

Needs renovation!! Will not stay again, bathrooms bad, curtains way too long and had holes

Smells and poor breakfast accomodations

When I opened the door to the 2 doors I booked, they smelled of mildew. I went to the front desk to ask for other rooms, but none were available, so I asked to have it that they sprayed, cleaned and to do whatever was necessary to get the smell out. When we returned several hours later, one room was fine, the other was not. After a second complaint, they finally got rid of the smell. The following morning, the breakfast had no hot cups and no batter for the waffles. People were lining up waiting/complaining. The same person working the front dest, had to work the kitchen as well. We had plans and couldnt wait any longer and ended up going up the street for breakfast at Friendly's. After complaining to Expedia, Expedia contacted the motel for a consession which the Super 8 refused. Expedia took it upon themselves to provide a credit towards our next booking. Apparently, Expedia recognized my many bookings with zero complaints over many many years, but the Super 8 didn't. Shame on Super 8 and thank you Expedia......

I checked in around midnight and the staff was very friendly and alert. Very helpful and considerate. Called early in the morning to let me know my shuttle to the airport had arrived. Check in and out was a breeze.
