Pretty standard Marriott Courtyard. Room was fine in terms of space, furnishings, climate control, etc. A bit outdated/ugly, especially the stucco style walls and ceilings. Staff were friendly and helpful -- allowed for a late checkout and provided loaner umbrella. Fitness center was decent for a hotel of this type, pool is nice. Lobby area comfortable for sitting/working. Only real complaint is the $8/night parking fee. This hotel is not in New York City, or Chicago, or LA. It is not even in Atlanta. It's in a suburb. In an office park area. The parking area is enormous. It was never even close to being half full. This fee was not disclosed in advance (maybe it's in the fine print somewhere) and is ridiculous under the circumstances. Come on.

So far everything is good. Staff is excellent and friendly. The A/C Heat unit is very noisy. (No cellular data - NOT Courtyard’s fault, possibly just bad location) little costly only for a 1 night for Dr’s appointment in the AM for Dr’s appointment. Would be nice if EMORY & Courtyard would partner and have discounts for traveling patients.

I cannot believe that in a world where most every mid to upper range hotel offers free breakfast and free parking Mariott has chosen not to. Had not stayed at a Courtyard in quite some time. At one time it was my go to place for travel but Hampton Inn beat them out.

Room was unclean bed sheets were looked like they were not changed. Bugs in the room due to unclean floors and food under the couch. Me and me wife were killing bugs while my kid was asleep. Could not tell if they were small bed bugs or roaches but the bug had blood in it. Definitely will let the front desk know. Last time we were here we thought it was nice but no more last stay.

I had an appointment a Emory Health and could walk to the office, very convenient. I was disappointed breakfast was not provided. We had to oder and pay for breakfast at the cafe in the lobby. My order took longer than it should have to get.

Not only was our stay comfortable, in particular I want to compliment the staff’s efforts to postal mail my forgotten air-pods. Housekeeping had kept them carefully & were promptly returned to me via postal mail.

American plastic hotel
Check in was easy. Room was clean, sterile like most American average hotels. Random charges showing up, $10 and $20, not sure what they are for. I think they charge $8 for parking your car in their parking lot. These charges are tacky. It’s like hotel’s nicety is a facade.

This hotel deserves a perfect score!
This hotel was amazing! The check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and our room was immaculately clean! This was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! Will definitely stay here again when in the Atlanta area!

The property is hidden from highway noise but in the middle of several choices of things to do. There are a few loose ends after the renovation. On the 3rd floor one of the hall air conditioning units have the power connection laying on the floor and needs to be mounted on the wall. Pay attention to details.
