Nice hotel. Convenient to get to MARTA

Pros: The lobby and the amenities.
Cons: Van Shuttle Service to and from the MARTA Subway Station. I think it should run more frequently and a later than it does.
Location: The location had a number of restaurants around. Hotel was in a nearby residential area. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.
The Doubletree Hotel was a great experience to stay in. Loved the hotel. Very accessible by MARTA.

Not up to Hilton quality

Pros: Was able to keep room at 68 degrees and it was cold, exactly like I wanted it.
Cons: Ask housekeeping to honor the clients wish of "not being disturbed"
Windows didn't lock and were taped with clear plastic over it. When I asked about it they said they would send someone up, that was at 10 pm. I gave up waiting at 12 midnight and called and told them never mind I was going to bed. Hotel was always noisy at all times of the day and night, housekeeping knocked on door every morning despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on door.

We feel so comfortable in hotel(staff, hotel condition, cleanliness) and thankful for shuttle service for my conference. Even though one night trip there, I recommend this hotel to a friend.

Close to Morehouse and convenient to other areas.

Pros: The comfort of sleeping well and safety.
It was rainy when I arrived and the person at the desk received me well. I was tired and had ten minutes to dine but she told the diner that I will be down within the ten minutes and I was accomdated . Thanks to the staff on duty!

I would go there again. we were greeted friendly room was nice and clean price and location was great close to everything you wanted to explore

My room was small but met my needs. The decor seemed quite new. The tv was huge but didn't get the cable stations that were listed. I called and they offered to come up to fix it but I checked in too late in the day to want to deal with it.

More than I expected

We had a good stay, the staff was friendly and courtesy. My husband ate at the restaurant downstairs and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. And the cookies they give u at check-in are delicious.

GREAT stay

Not in as good of condition as I thought

The lobby was beautiful and the room was decent but if you got closer it was not as clean and nice as I thought. Black construction gunk in the shower head, unknown hair on my bed, that's the grossest, very loud hallway, I could hear every movement of others in the hall, and interstate side room was so loud it was hard to sleep. I was looking forward to the bed the most, and it was hard and uncomfortable. I somehow got a handicap accessible room which I didn't request and wondered if some one could have used it. I also checked out to 3 police cars blocking the front entrance due to a drugged/drunk loiterer who was sleeping in a stolen car in the parking lot. Lovely!
