Better TV to go with the Room

Doors constantly slamming all hours of the night-morning. People loitering outside, smoking & drinking. Did not feel safe.

Staff was very nice and completely accomodating. Room was not clean. Kitchenette should have been cleaned better; crud crusty food reminents in catch before going down drain; to scared to open frigerator so,i didn't. Shower head dripped all night long. Ugh! Would not stay again.

Nice for distance to colleges

The hotel staff were nice and friendly but the hotel itself needs to be updated. I came with my coworker and nine of our students. My coworker and I shared a room. Our room was ok but I killed a bug in our tub. Besides that, the shower was great. Our students complained of carpet odor such as smoke and hearing guests being violent. There is no housekeeping, which surprised me and was a first for my experience at a hotel. Breakfast was fair but could be improved.

Our stay at Extended Stay America Atlanta hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel room was really clean and spacious. It was also located in a quite area and just a short drive to downtown Atlanta. Our only complaint is that the A/C wasn't on in our room when we arrived; therefore, it took a while to cool the room. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Atlanta.
