Good location for attending AmericasMart.

The person at the desk when we checked in was most efficient and dellightful as well. when we entered our room I noticed there was an odor in the bathroom. It smelled like it had been cleaned with a soured mop and/or cloth. I reported it to this same lady and she sent someone to take care of the problem. Our two night stay was just what we expected it to be. Thank you!

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. A very pleasant stay. I would definitely chose this hotel again. The only complaint I had was the lady who was working the front desk Sunday when we checked out. She was abrupt and unfriendly.

Our stay at the hotel was great. We spent 2 nights there and were very pleased with the service and staff.

Pros: Friendly man at front desk and shuttle driver
Cons: The shuttle timeliness and longer operating schedule
There were hair strands on sheets and in the bathroom (not mine). Room is a bit dated. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in some cases. But very slow to respond to phone calls. The shuttle service schedule is not reliable. But the driver was friendly.

It was difficult turning left into the hotel due to traffic. The hotel was a little run down.

Key is a problem

We checked in and carried our bags to our room. Our key would not work. Returned to the front desk and was sent back to the room - keys did not work. Returned to desk and was sent back with maintenance who was unable to open the door. Then we were moved to a room on another floor. We got it but keys stopped working. Just had to make sure someone stayed in the room. Glad we only stayed one night. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Night at the Game

Location: Near Marta and I-85.
Hampton Inn is always great place to stay - you know what to expect.

Great staff

Friendly staff, recommended good restaurants. Wendy gave a great morning pep talk to those gathered for breakfast. While sitting in the lobby area for a while, we observed that staff was very attentive to the needs of guests, and even inquired how one guest's hospitalized family member was doing. Good variety at breakfast. Comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location with Excellent Desk Staff

Pros: The continental breakfast was good. The waffles were on point and they offered a good options for toppings.
Cons: The bathroom door was way too close to the toilet and tub, so it should probably swing in the opposite direction to allow for more space to maneuver.
Location: CVS is walking distance. The Honey Baked Ham store is across the street. Gas Stations are close and so are McDonalds and Krystals are walking distance
I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Ms. Wendy is the best front desk person I've encountered in a long time. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. She has a great personality, sense of humor, and hard worker. My room was very comfortable and cleanliest was maintained. Alicia was the housekeeper and she did an amazing job. My only complaint was the fridge was missing a foot, so I couldn't put very many items in it. Also, the bathroom door was way too close to the toilet and tub, so it should probably swing in the opposite direction to allow for more space to maneuver. The pool was surprisingly smaller than I though it was going to be. I loved that there was a CVS right next door, so whenever I needed a snack, I would walk right over.
