It’s overall fairly well maintained but a 10 min drive into San Ignacio (20 USD return taxi). Menu at the restaurant was good (limited for vegetarians), welcome cocktail was excellent. The hotel organised tours and transfers for us - it’s worth checking the details as there were a few mix ups. It’s expensive for a 3 star and the hotel could improve some services to make you feel like you are getting good value for money. We are comparing this to a 3 star hotel we stayed in at Caye Caulker which was exceptional all round!"
