Checked in at 2am without difficulty with a courteous and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel, while showing its age, was clean and well laid out. I was given a "buy one get one free" coupon for a very good buffet. I'll stay there again.

Well to begin, check in was good with the lady checking us in having a wonderful personality, very informative, went well. Room was fine with a firm bed, clean. Shower made for short people, and personally more water force would of been better. Toilet needed to be flushed twice most times even after having someone look at it. Got to be a pain after a while. We had internet and price for two devices was reasonable compared to other places we have stayed at. Casino was ok, machines very tight we felt but just our experience though not much screaming could be heard. Restaurant had good food, Guy's place good but expensive we felt. Overall fine but probably will not be there again.

Dirty rooms, disgusting.

Pros: Decent food.
Cons: Clean the rooms people!
Stayed two nights, should have moved after seeing the room, but we were exhausted from travelling and just crawled into bed. Next morning we realized how dirty the room was, won't be back. I don't mind old, I do mind dirt.

Pros: Great value!
Cons: Reduce the smell of smoke everywhere
Location: Fun golf and great walking options. Lots of gambling options.
Quite good, overall. However, the smell of tobacco smoke is in the air practically everywhere.

Long walk to rooms in 3rd tower.

A maze finding registration. That was marked valet which we did not want but the third time around we stopped to ask the valet service where to go. He was very helpful for two old people at night and tired. The hotel charges a $75 security which is a hold on your credit card and taken off in 5 to 7 days after you leave. There is also a daily $8.95 resort charge for Internet and other services we did not use or need but was charged anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not go there again. The non smoking area of the casino still smelled like smoke. There are better places in Laughlin.

Laughlin Hotel Stay

Pros: It's clean and the staff are very helpful.
Cons: Had a hard time trying to get a cocktail while playing the slots, so that could be better.
Location: We didn't have the opportunity to do anything outside the hotel/casino this trip, but we've done the river regatta, rented jet skis
We had a small family reunion to watch the football playoff games. It was fun and we all got to be on the same floor within a couple of rooms of each other so we could coordinate things better.

Location: Too far from anything else.
We were very disappointed in the lack of convenience in parking and unloading. Casino will not give a guest a players club without an email address. Sport book area is inadequate. Will not stay here again.

Please understand that due to most of our guests seeking complimentary WIFI, we updated our system so that we can offer WIFI Services under our daily Resort Fee, which is $7.50 per day ($8.40 with tax) which includes WIFI for two devices and free local phone calls.
