Ok for immediate need

No fan in the bathroom made it muggy. Sheets were scratchy. Smelled musty- maybe from the smoking that lingers from the casino, I don't know. Very old & outdated. If you're in a pinch, it's better than some- it was safe and clean.

I’m pleased to mention that we are updating our rooms with fresh paint, new carpeting and mattresses where needed, some new furnishings and some other projects, such as adding safes to some of our South Tower rooms to bring our property up-to-date and will continue our efforts through 2017. We are also planning on starting a remodel project of our South Tower rooms in the near future. We hope you will continue to stay and play at Harrah’s Laughlin.

Beautiful and comfortable!!

We had no choice but to take our Pomeranian dog and she's super protective. The hotel greeted her with nothin but love. We took our free buffet and they was good to our dog. The bar was highly expensive in my opinion and nasty drink but it did its job. We booked Another stay because we got it for excellent rate. Wifi is excellent just hate resort fee. Hotel rm was basic but clean and beautiful. Thank you.

Ok, hotel

Upon arrival I noticed there was tons of hair on the bathroom floor! It was very apparent that the floor had NOT been cleaned! The bed cover was stained and only two devices were eligible for Wifi! The buffet was awful and over priced! They charged a 5% fee for anything over $25 to change your coins to paper money!

Easy check in, great casino, delicious steak!

We had a great one-night stay at Harrahs. We picked it because it was pet friendly, and indeed, they gave us a room on the pet friendly floor in Tower 3, just next to the pet relief area out back. Super easy check in, fun casino, great steak dinner at the Ranch with excellent service all around.

Our room condition was deplorable, and we were obligated to pay resort fees to a terrible.room. The worst part was the supervisor's attitude towards the situation.

I love Harrahs Laughlin

Pros: Pool, beach, staff, hotel.
Cons: Include a nice lounge where we can listen to live music while drinking an adult beverage.
Location: We took a Colorado River cruise - everyone should take this cruise, only $10 dollars for an hour and a half, it was great.
I love Laughlin overall, but staying at Harrahs makes the experience an even better one. I love the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, but to have a pool and a private beach makes it even better. I recommend everyone to stay here. Thanks Harrahs!

I get better service at Motel 6

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Better service and get what is expected or paid for!
First of all, my party experienced mechanical car problems getting to Laughlin. What was suppose to be a check-in time of closer to 6 pm was instead 3 am! I explained this to the desk clerk and asked if we could extend the check-out time at least until noon. He gave me 30 minutes! We were all exhausted from our ordeal and now we had to make sure we didn't go past our check-out time! And then the rooms I had requested and paid for were not what I was expecting. Sure I got an upgrade but my other party was in a lower standard room without a river view. And that is what I had paid for. At the very least, we both could have gotten upgrades or rooms in the same tower. I won't be going there anymore!

Please understand that in the best interest of the vast majority of our overnight guests, when hotel occupancy is at or near capacity, we are unable to extend our checkout time. I’m delighted to learn that we were able to upgrade your room, however since we guarantee room types and tower as long as the room is available at the time reservations are secured, upgrades can be limited. We hope that you will reconsider your decision and once again visit Harrah’s Laughlin.

Hotel Stay

This hotel was ok. Guess you get what you pay for. Was expecting larger pools. Family pool was over crowded and not enough chairs the first day we tried. Don't need a key card to get in so seemed like other people besides hotel guests could just come in and swim. Next day we went by family pool and they had drained it so you couldn't even go swimming. This was over Spring Break, really??? Room didn't even have a dresser. Will not be going back.

We have recently enjoyed strong customer demand for virtually all the services that we render with hotel accommodations being no exception and therefore our family pool can be crowded. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment, unfortunately there was a biohazard which required us to drain the family pool. Please understand that these rooms have been configured this way due to guest feedback wanting more space and felt our rooms had too many furnishings for the limited square footage. We hope that you will reconsider your decision and once again visit Harrah’s Laughlin.
