The room we were given was in the old part of the resort. We have stayed in a nicer part of the hotel other stays. It was a discount room.

Good hotel. The only complaints was it was a lot of walking to get everywhere. We were in north tower. Room didn't get vacuumed under table. Boutique forgot to take their security attachment off the shirt I bought, so now I can't use it.

not great, but very disappointing

Pros: Staff were great and very accommodating - foods was good
Cons: get some updating done i
windows so dirty, it was hard to see the river with clarity. carpet and bedding were clean, but forget mostly anything else, including the poor plumbing issues - had sewer smell for most of a day due to backup of suds in the toilet. I certainly do not recommend nor would return to stay at the place.

Dirty rooms

Rooms were dirty. Sheets had stains (don't know if they were old or new) hairs in the bath tub for two days and on the bathroom floor for three days. I left a note to change the sheets and the cleaning staff took the note but did not change the sheets until I complained. After standing in line at check in I was given room 265 and sent up one tower. Couldn't find the room so I ask hotel staff. They told me I was in the wrong tower so hauled all my luggage back down and over to the other tower where there still was no room number 265. Went back down to check in and stood in line again. Apparently he wrote the wrong room number down it was 205. Upon check in I was given a free breakfast at the buffet, however it was closed the first two days and not open the last day until 7:30 and I had to leave before then. I will not be staying here again

Pros: on our past visits it was so nice and elegant...the rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable...but not this visit...
Cons: give us a better room on our next visit please...in fact we shouldn't have to pay for the next room during a visit...
Location: everything in this area was good...
we were disappointed this visit. never have we stayed at your hotel and had a miserable nights sleep.. the bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable.the sink was very dirty and didn't drain well at all. as I said never before has this happen at your hotel...what made it worse,is that it was a celebration for my husband and I and it damped our spirit... please let our next visit become better memories for us...
