Beautiful private beach for guests on Colorado River. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is showing its age but it gives a little charm. Looks and Feels clean just you can see it’s been around a while. Casino doesn’t smell like a lot stale smoking casinos so that was a plus too. Overall very nice and comfortable stay

The check in staff are great. The Expedia site booked us a room in the more run down north tower and our desk person upgraded us to the renovated South tower ! So appreciated and a great river view room. Bed/ pillows comfy, room very clean and quiet

I haven’t been to Laughlin in 22 years and this property has not updated since then. The room was old and very worn out. The room never got cool enough and the tub and sink would fill up with slow draining. Pretty disappointed since it was the most expensive place to stay, lesson learned.

The text personnal assistant was great. It helped with numerous questions and some problems. Some carpet in the hotel hallways was duct taped down. 2 of the lamps in our room didn't work (one's outlet was behind the bed and not plugged in). Maintenance came and looked at the floor lamp. She jiggled and it came on. She said that's all you have to do.

Arcade games we’re all out service , 21 pool has a bar that isn’t in use and when not in use it’s still 21 .doesn’t make sense , a lot of places were blocked off . Wasn’t fun at all . No buffets and restaurants weren’t good .

The hotel room was upgraded to riverview and the carpet on the floor was black and dirty. Then had masking tape on the edge where carpet and tile meet. There was trash behind the bed. The staff were so sweet and kind. The audacity to charge upgrade fee $20 per night ... I thanked the staff because its no fault to them. The room was gross flooring, south tower #11040. The lighting was great and the people made a kind amd welcoming experience. Please do not charge these high rates for poor room quality.

The property and stay was all as expected. I didn't like that housekeeping knocks on all doors at 8:00am to 'see if anyone has checked out' - even with the DND sign, we could hear housekeeping knocking on all other doors.

Fire alarm went off the first day, we found the toilet seat wet (maids had just been there) but did not realize until the second day toilet was backing up. On the third day we were able to PROVE it was backing up with a video and got a got a new room. In both room TV had streaming issues and were often pixelated. Ice machine was out for over 3 days.

Rooms are outdated. No coffee pot, no mini fridge, no microwave. Told us we could rent a coffee pot for $5.00 a day. Casino was nice, obviously the restaurants are overpriced. Guy Fiere's was overpriced, food was average (Mexican food), I live in a border town so we definitely have better Mexican food and way cheaper. Will definitely go back to Laughlin, but will stay at a newer place.

You would think that there would be a coffee maker in every room instead of have to ask for a room upgrade; which no said anything about. Very sad. If you like small tvs and no extra charging ports then you are in luck if you say in the north tower. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Very very very smoky.!!! Terrible like back in the 70s! The rooms were old , didn’t expect more than we got. Mattresses could be replaced. The girl at the pizza 🍕 restaurant was incredibly nice and outgoing! Hamburger place and pit boss not so much!! Bus driver to the concert both ways were incredibly nice and friendly!

Beds are hard and the sheets are scratchy. The non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. You get what you pay for here…as far as rooms go, not much. Enjoyed the water taxi and the London Bridge boat trip to Lake Havasu.
