Family room didn’t have Adequate utensils. Plates, knifes, forks, spoons.etc. Nothing to clean utensils with. No extra linen, blankets etc.

Weekend Getaway in Bundy
Great Motel to come and go from as visiting family in Bundy. Bed was comfortable and room clean and tidy. Will stay again. The cheaper rates are what attracted us compared to the other motels which are extremely overpriced for what that (don't) have to offer. Most are very tired and in desperate need of renovations in Bundy. This motels rooms have had a reno at some stage and are more modern and very clean. Recommend staying.

The under cover parking area, which is also your room entry was very dull and old fashioned. I was quite shocked actually. It needs a fresh coat of white paint and removal of the plastic chairs.

Room 30 is situated in a very awkward position in terms of parking. It is a nightmare. I arrived at 7pm and was unable to submit a breakfast request. The place was advertised as having free WIFI which is essential for me as a travelling worker. This was not the case and I was unable to access my email account etc.

The exterior was rundown. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been somewhat renovated. The room had a decent bathroom with great water pressure. There was no hairdryer in room as stated in description which was an inconvenience. One very thin pillow per person which I found uncomfortable and made it uncomfortable to sit up in the bed. Was to scared to use the aircon. The sticker on it said it was last serviced 2015. It may have been serviced since then but it didnt look clean inside. We had unannounced visitors it the form of cockroaches, 3 of them which we saw and killed. One was at least 6cm long. Time to do some pest control. Staff were very nice.

Very disappointed in the standard of unit for price paid,the units seem to have been neglected for a long time carpets are all stained,mould in bath room paint work very tired needing painting and cleaning,also smoke alarm covered up with plastic bag. The complex is very tired and well overdue for a complete make over .

Very disappointed in this place, we arrived, got in bed, and had to get up an hour later 11pm to keep driving to our next destination.. we were all sick from the dust and itchy from the bedding.. very disappointed
