This unique oceanfront retreat is pet friendly. It has the main residence and two self contained guest apartments. The spacious upstairs one bedroom apartment has a separate lounge room, a fully equiped kitchen and the main bathroom has laundry facilities. The oceanfront bedroom has beautiful
views with an ensuite and spa. The lounge room has a double day bed and lounge. It can be closed off making it a separate room for sleeping at night. The balcony overlooks the quaint courtyard. The ground floor unit is a studio apartment off the courtyard. It has a lounge room, dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and ocean views. On the oceanfront there is a large pool, gazebo, open entertainment area with a dining setting, lounge area and BBQ. This area is fully fenced making it suitable for pets. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet with you. Down the stairs is the oceanfront deck which is a great place to relax. Whales and dolphins can be spotted at certain times of the year and there are plenty of rock pools to explore. If the sea is calm it is possible to snorkel off the rocks. Barolin Rocks is a good dive and snorkelling site which is only a three minute walk away. There is a lovely tidal swimming lagoon and cafe/bakery five minutes walk away and a convenience shop nearby. Stunning Elliot Heads Beach is a 10 minute drive from here. It is now turtle season, the nightly tour is a great experience. Be sure to book in advance. The turtle rookery at Mon Repos is a 15 minute drive away. From Bundaberg it is possible to take a trip out to the reef and explore Lady Musgrave Island or a plane flight to Lady Elliot Island. Golf enthusiasts we have two golf courses nearby. Bargara has some great little restaurants and Sandhills Sports club runs courtesy buses that operate Wednesday through to Saturday nights. Elliot Heads Bowls Club has a courtesy bus Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There are lots of things to explore around the Bundaberg area.
