The location was ideal for those who want to be near the college or the akihabara area and close to a metro station. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the noise from other room. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was pretty pleased with the service and the staff was very helpful.
Some of the hotel was under renovation so there was a bit more dust than I expect is usual but it is a charming place in a great neighborhood, near the University of Tokyo. Many shops and restaurants nearby and the staff was very helpful.
The total experience staying in this hotel was excellent! Staff were all kind and polite. The room was very clean. I had a nice walk around in its beautiful Japanese garden. Very convenient transportation from Shinjuku by one bus line and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. I also enjoyed ...
Everything was fantastic except the pillows - they were very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was amazing! Very close to the JR system, Akihabara and a beautiful park.
Except for the WIFI being a bit unstable, the rest was good. It was so accessible to the train station, restaurants, convenient stores were plenty and of course, the famous Ueno Park was just across the hotel!
Good location, not far from train station and shopping area. Comfortable bed, variety of toiletries.
Very helpful staff, especially Mrs. Ogawa. Really convenient to any event in the Tokyo Dome, many places to eat within walking distance,. Highly recommend!
Great last minute booking
Good location, clean, great place to stay for business travelers.
Small room. Shower curtain had mildew. Thin walls. Noise from hallway easily heard.
