“We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”

“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). “Had an absolutely fabulous week at the Parson Woodforde. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! The roast on Sunday was one of the best I’ve ever had and we were made to feel very welcome and given loads of useful local information, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were immaculate. There is a lot within easy reach of the pub with the coast at……

“We arrived later than planned and called ahead - this wasn't a problem. Room was clean, shower hot with great pressure, bed super comfy and breakfast was delicious (we'll definitely be back to dine for lunch or dinner!). Place is wonderfully done throughout and staff all kind and approachable. We could hear loud snoaring from the adjacent room (nothing some white noise can't drown out on our phones!) but we appreciate it's part of staying in an old characterful property. Great value for money……

“We stayed for two nights in August B&B as part of a mini break to the East of England. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had a king size bed and the bathroom was large and adequately supplied. Breakfast was a good choice of pastries and hot buffet...dining at 8.15am meant we had no problem with queues or choice of food. The only thing that could have been better was the lack of air conditioning, as our room was very warm on both nights of our stay although a fan was provided……
