Basically we just slept there but overall it was a nice enough place to stay. Food wasn't great and overpriced for what they had to choose from.

I had a terrible stay at onother hotel not far from the Marriott. Within 10 minutes i called n spoke to Expedia. By the time i drove to the Marriott my room was ready n staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel rooms are modern the bar staff was kind.Smiles from all of the staff. I had a wonderful stay.

Prompt service with a smile!

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, a decent price AND a wonderful check-in experience.
Location: Universal Studios
We stopped by to see if we could leave our luggage there before heading off to Universal Studios. They greeted us with a smile and let us know that a room happened to be ready, so we "checked in, dropped and rolled."

Great stay!

Pros: Location, check-in process and free parking!
Cons: na
Location: Burbank Mall, train station, Walmart, Target
Check-in was smooth. Was placed near elevator and complained that it was load, staff immediately addressed the complaint and moved us to a different room. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to Walmart, Target and a number of stores.

Very convenient to the freeway and local shopping

Everything is great, just the vent / air conditioner is too loud in the night.

Burbank Courtyard

Nice hotel, decent area with nearby shopping. However, no microwave in the room and their food bistol closed at 11:00 AM were black marks on their services.

Although we do not have microwaves in our standard guest rooms, we do have one available for guests in The Market by the front desk. Breakfast in the Bistro closes at 11am on the weekends but does open again for dinner at 5pm. They make fresh sandwiches, salads, etc. for The Market daily for purchase as well. Very nice hotel close to the aiport and lots of shopping. Staff are very friendly, parking is easy if you have a car, and the little cafe does a nice breakfast and really good coffee.

Sure Bet

Nice spot near Burbank Airport. Everyone was great at the hotel - no matter the time or place. One night, the outdoor fire and torches were out. I made a brief inquiry and bam, all on again. All I saw, including those of in our group, really enjoyed the courtyard fire.
