Perfect at a discount rate

Location: There are restaurants , Walmart, Nordstrom Basement, Marshals, Target, Starbucks and more to shop and stock up the room with, all within walking.
DO NOT pay full price for this hotel. If you get a great rate thru the travel sites or AARP, go for it. With a complete renovation of carpeting and furniture, this hotel would shine and not merely be OK. My stay was fine and the location and surrounding area was perfect, even walkable.

Next to a Loud Train

Rude staff, cold showers and a loud train! To top it off the room was dirty and the towels smelled like bleach. The only good thing was no carpet in the room.

Do not stay at this hotel.

Horrible stay, tried to move to different hotel and we were not able to. We will never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unprofessional, untrained and uncourteous staff.

Pros: Not much. At least the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Staffing, training and cleaning.
Location: Industrial zone. Shopping outlets and fast food.
My wife and I had to spend one night in this hotel as our apartment was being repainted. The hotel is in an industrial zone, but that was quite expected. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or acknowledged by any of the three front desk staff members for several minutes.We were not even asked to wait. They just were lost and completely dismissed us. We finally got their attention by saying "excuse me"? And got a "yes, what?" in response. Not a good start when you a checking in, mostly not with a pregnant lady. We kept quiet and didn't say anything until payment came up. We received in cash the amount needed for the night by our landlord and I asked to pay in cash. We were told that to pay in cash we had to leave a $100 deposit. I said sure and gave them my credit card to which they replied you cannot mix and match. I didn't have another $100 in cash and they refused to help us out. At this point I started getting upset with the whole ordeal and made it known. Two of the front desk receptionists just turned their backs on us and left! Leaving us with the one girl who had just started working there that day and was completely lost. I kept talking to the two other ones who just decided to dismiss us completely and never answered back. completely outrageous. If it hadn't been late already with my wife being pregnant I would have just cancelled and left. They were rude and unprofessional. That staff is an embarrassment. Room and bathroom were dirty, hairs around and in the sink etc.

Overnight stay

The room is smelly and the day we arrived the toilet was plugged. I guess you get what you paid for. I would never book on any of this hotels anymore. I should have listened to the previous reviews before I booked my reservation.

Cons: It needs a little TLC with new decor (with furniture that is not scratched), furniture that is not a few decades old in style,
Go thru Expedia and you'll get a discount on this place. When you do, it's perfect for the reduced price: clean, convenient location, shops and food choices to walk to, friendly staff, free self parking & wifi.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The tv was broken when I arrived to my room and the bed wasn't made.

Nice stay

The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well kept. The only issue was that my refrigerator was leaking and I called it but no one came in to look at it or fix.

This hotel was ok for one night. The room was clean. Staff was average. Room had a stove, fridge and sink, whuch is great if you plan on staying a few days with the fanily. Great way to save money. Continental breakfast was gone by the time we left.
