Horribly Experience!!!

I just wanted to express how bad of an experience I had on my recent stay. The room was horrible and the people that I saw hanging around in and out of there cars drinking liquor, smoking just awful! I would never return there and not recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel needs to update the pictures and not put the ones they have as the hotel is not close to what it looks online in person nor the rooms! Very disappointed guess!!!

Worst Experience, No Customer Service!

rrived at 7:30pm, Front Desk Agent was great, was even offered a 12pm check out without a charge. Unfortunately the room we were issued had a strong dog smell. The carpet had a large red stain by the bed, one of the lights was out, as well as a tear on the carpet by the kitchenette. But nothing major that would prevent me from returning for a future stay. Until my experience at check out. We had gone to Universal Studios Horror Nights so we did not return to the hotel until close to 4am. When we got to our room I called and asked the front desk if I could have a late check out and the gentleman stated they charge $25 to which I agreed. He stated that I would have to call back in the morning to request it which was fine with me. I happened to wake up before my alarm at 9:15am and called the front desk to request a late check out, the agent agreed to 12pm but I asked if there was a possibility of a later check out. The agent said they charged $25 to which I agreed to again. I also asked her what the latest time I could check out was and was told 3pm. I said it was perfect. (what a deal!) She stated she was going to charge my credit card $75 right away. I asked why the price had changed from $25 to $75 and she informed me that they charge $25 per hour. I told her I understood and would only need the 1pm late check out. She very aggressively said she would charge my card at that moment to which I said okay. Uncomfortable stay

Cons: Update rooms ..provide kitchen amenities if you gonna say it’s included. Provide full breakfast. Do housekeeping everyday.
Walked in to check in and one of the staff told us to wait till someone physically goes to check what room was available. We got the keys and was told housekeeping is not done everyday unless you stay here long periods of time. We were staying for two nights. So I asked them what about getting clean bath towels and was told we have to bring them to front desk after using them for them to give us clean towels. Already I am hating the experience. We get to our room very old and smelly. The kitchen didn’t have any dishware,utensils or coffee maker described as one of their kitchen amenities. Bathroom sink water fills up when you quickly trying to wash face or brush teeth. Breakfast they provide is coffee and donut where you check in...we just went to Mc Donald’s.Outside the hotel looks great but the inside blew us away. Location of the hotel is great ..nearby restaurants.

Okay Place to Lay Down your head when Flying out

Pros: Location, close enough to the airport, but the price was very steep compared to others which were much closer to LAX.
Cons: Customer Service! Train the front desk CSR to be Courteous to Hotels Customers

Poor Rooms and poor maintenance

Worst experience, will never stay here. Hot water don't work properly, lights not working, AC don't work properly. Towels are not enough, had problems with almost everything...
