The telephone did not work. Television kept going in and out and the audio didn’t go with the video.

Not the worst hotel in the world

The hotel is about 20mins from universal and it’s pretty easy to get to from the freeway.. however the rooms are very old and the beds are like laying on rocks and the sheets sound like tissue paper when you lay down! I did like that they have a kitchen in every room with a full refrigerator but the kitchen has nothing in it! They won’t bring anything up to your room and you have to go down to the front desk to get plates, bowls, utensils, towels etc.. I guess you get what you pay for and for decent price hotel near universal I don’t think it was worth it. I’ll fork out some extra money next time for a better hotel

2 Star Hotel

Definitely should be a 2 Star hotel. Their “free breakfast” was not as advertised. Our tub faucet leaked and the ac would not stay on. Really disappointed with this hotel.

Very bad experience

The hotel is located right next to a train station. The entire night we were waken up by the extremely loud sound of train horn. They claim they have breakfast but it's just coffee and tiny muffins. The vending machine had no water. The staff did not even bother to help put more water in. Do not stay in this hotel. Very cheap hotel considering the price is high. It's extremely noisy, uncomfortable, and you won't be able to even sleep.

Good experience

Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: It was great.
Location: It has a great location. Many things to do and lots of good restaurants nearby and only 15 minutes from Downtown.
Very thankful that we were able to check in as late as we were due to travel with no hassles. It was wonderful. Room was simple, but perfect for what we needed it for and I loved that it was very clean.

Dirty

Decided not to stay. The carpet in the room was dirty and so was the bed. They don't do daily housekeeping. Don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel affordable and close to stores and restauran

I have stayed here many times with no issues. I didn't give a 5 score because I have always found something left behind under the bed.

Horribly Experience!!!

I just wanted to express how bad of an experience I had on my recent stay. The room was horrible and the people that I saw hanging around in and out of there cars drinking liquor, smoking just awful! I would never return there and not recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel needs to update the pictures and not put the ones they have as the hotel is not close to what it looks online in person nor the rooms! Very disappointed guess!!!
