Unexpected Charge

Hotel was great. It would have been nice to know that there was going to be a $16 charge to park. It may have been in the tiny print somewhere on the Expedia website, but ya....

Close to Universal Studios

The hotel was clean and roomy and was very accommodating to our service dog. The staff w as super friendly. A definite hotel to return to for our next trip to Burbank.

Terrible customer service on desk

Room key will not work after 8 hours check in, terrible staff on desk will call u to check out at once or else be charged more n they really charged on my card they ask $100 deposit w/c I don't expect!!!!!

Nice hotel

The hotel was close (walking distance) to lots of places to eat & shop which was very convenient & awesome for our family. The only complaints were your could hear the room doors slamming, the showers going in the rooms next to you & the parking fee (but most girls have a fee) of $15/night.

Not happy

Upset I had to pay $15 for parking and there was no breakfast included in $160 rate. Elevator took 12 minute wait. Won't be staying here again.

Perfect for an LA night

Instead of paying excessive hotel prices for a room in the heart of the LA area, I can always rely on this hotel in Burbank to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay and still be near enough for a short drive or Uber/Lyft pickup. I'd rather pay a decent price and take a short drive than pay a significant amount or sacrifice comfort. Would def recommend!
