"Stayed here many times over the years with no problems but my recent stay was disappointing woke up at 1am to find my room was full of black flies everywhere on the walls ceiling and in the bed I was horrified ran down to reception to find the lady on the desk very rude and unfriendly saying it was my own fault for opening the window and offered to give me a vacuum cleaner to clean them away I wasn’t impressed and insisted on moving room which was instantly declined saying there was no rooms available still saying it’s my own fault sorry but where was the notice to say do not open windows there wasn’t any nor any fly screens on the windows for a 4 star hotel this was disgusting I argued my point and said I would lodge a complaint with management so the lady then offered me a new room which I moved myself to also the spa pool is like a public swimming baths with kids jumping in the pool and jacuzzi it’s open to the public for swimming lessons not just hotel guests so don’t go here for relaxation as advertised as there isn’t any ."

"There was a grocery store beside the hotel and a pizzeria nearby. The breakfast was good and it was very handy having a restaurant right in the hotel. "

"I was concerned by some negative reviews, but honestly, I don’t know what people expect from an airport hotel. Complaining about the view? Seriously? Here is what I found. The airport shuttle was fast and efficient, easy to connect with and prompt. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. But are you ready for this? The shower was the BEST SHOWER WE HAD IN BULGARIA. Steaming hot with better pressure than we get at home. Sure, the room is tiny, the tv channels are lacking, there is zero “curb appeal”, but the wifi works fine and the price is beyond fair. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it for you unless you think you are going to a spa resort."

"The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Couple of minutes walk from downtown and from the bus station. Beds are comfortable and linens clean. The only thing we were missing in our room was a mini fridge. The hotel alao has a fitness area in the basement with a sauna. Wie will be coming back, thank you!"

"The room was very clean and very spacious. It had a nice little kitchenette. The hotel owners and staff are wonderful people. Very kind and helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was affordable, and excellent! So many choices! They made us really good omelettes. Our stay was very short, but it was a lovely hotel experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Burgas, look no further!"
