The hotel shares space with offices in a building in a newer section of Burgos. It's a good walk to the touristic sites, but if you like to walk, it's not bad. If you're older, and/or have walking issues, you're better off closer to the old town. Noise from the outside is not a problem, but the doors are not well insulated, you are bound to hear anyone walking past your door, opening/closing their own doors, rolling their suitcases.
Breakfast was abundant and good. THe staff very friendly and helpful.
