Hotel in a good location with parking.
The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Parking around the hotel was free, so we didn’t use the hotel’s garage saving ourselves the daily hotel fee. The bathroom’s radiator had a leak that damaged my winter boots (Uggs) and I had to throw away with no compensation.

Very nice hotel, great location, easy walk to all the popular sites. Breakfast is good, staff and service excellent. My only complaint is the pillow cases should be replaced with new ones mine was too old, not a nice feeling

Lovely hotel, close to the old town, a short 5-minute walk away. Clean, spacious rooms with nice crisp white linen! Very helpful and friendly service from the staff, especially the Front Desk.

Good for a short visit to Burgos
The hotel is in the modern part of Burgos about 15/20 minute walk from the historic centre. Very helpful lady at reception who emailed me via hotels.com to confirm my request about room on a high floor. Beds were comfortable enough, the room wasnt massive but we only stayed the 1 night and were out most of the day sightseeing. Bathroom was a bit small and there didnt seem to be any functioning aircon. The breakfast was the best part I felt as the quality was very good. We found metered parking just around the corner from the hotel which was free after 8pm until 10am .

A very nice hotel
Room was very nice but without AC (the unit didn’t work properly) and only a skylight for poor ventilation. Great area, close to major attractions, a market, street parking was available if you timed your arrival, and transportation was available.

Nice hotel for short stay
Enjoyed my only nights stay at Rice Reyes Cat in Burgos,did not experience the food there as I had to check out early!? Only one thing,wish the rooms had a carpet or rug!? As you can hear every thing dropping or rolling round below as the room are all hard wooden floors🤔🙄

Bit of a flop
The first night was very uncomfortable as the mattress was old and we had roll together. The staff were very quick to move us the following day to a room that was much better but right by the bins outside and was very noisy from about 0630 onwards. The booking included breakfast but the hotels.com booking app didn't reveal this so we had no idea breakfast was included so we ate out.

One Night in Burgos
When we stopped outside the hotel I was far from impressed, but don't despair it is a different matter inside. Our room was massive as was the bathroom. Furnishings were of a high standard and the accommodation was spotless, there was also underground parking across the road at a small additional charge. It was a pleasant walk of about ten minutes into the centre of Burgos.

Just an overnight stop over. Attractive price and an ok hotel. Local area a bit scruffy - especially poor outlook from bedroom windows. Hotel is tired, but clean.

Bed bugs! Eeewww!
We arrived with a prepaid reservation at 8PM to find that they were out of our room type and gave us an inferior room and offered a box of chocolates to make up for it. The room had four single beds that were movable cots that squeaked! After going out for dinner, we came back to the room, pulled back the blankets to see bugs scatter everywhere! The desk was sympathetic - another box of chocolates - and moved us to a different room. I stripped the beds before laying down. We were all pretty freaked out and didn't get to sleep until 1 AM. New room didn't even have the refrigerator it was supposed to. 2nd night in room we were woken at 3:00 by people talking and playing music outside! By 7:00 itwasobvious that nobody was going to sleep anymore so we headed out. They comped us breakfast which was pretty good.

A Good Overnight stay in Burgos
The hotel was easy to find and parking directly outside was manageable on a meter for a one nighter. 1.40E for two hours. You could feed the metre and needed a ticket between 10am - 2pm and 4pm - 8pm. It was very cold outside but the whole hotel was lovely and warm. Our room was good although the bed a little small by today's expectations. We had a very nice 3 course meal in the restaurant for 16E each including a bottle of wine. All the sights of the city were within walking distance. Excellent VFM.

Great loc and a comfortable bed
The staff were great and helped me out with my struggling Spanish (bad pronunciation). A very comfortable room with a great bed, and a very spacious room and bathroom. Great location, too.

Old hotel needing some TLC
It is not a 4 star hotel, far from it. A 3 star hotel at the most. It is a very old hotel whose rooms are not renovated yet (except for the bathroom which is recent). The mattress was sagging towards the middle. Please note that there is no washer and dryer at this hotel despite the description of amenities listed in Hotels.com

Loved Burgos
The staff was very courteous and professional. They were a great help for local information. The room was a good value for the cost. It had inside parking a little over a block away. The old part of the city was within walking distance.

Nice hotel, reception staff faultless spoke English and very helpful. Restaurant out of place with the hotel and location a bit upmarket for a budget hotel unable to get a snack and the waitress was aggressive so I walked away lost revenue for the hotel my other gripe was no WiFi in rooms although this was advertised.
