The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

My 7 yr old daughter and I checked into this hotel as we normally do on visits each year with family. This time, I checked in and found little pellets from kids shooting guns inside the covers of my bed. My daughter had none in hers. The very next day, my daughter opened the refrigerator and found hold food sitting in the refrigerator. BW Hotels normally are not this relaxed and the General Manager thought it was no big deal. Gave me $30 credit towards my stay. Will NOT stay here again. No one seemed to care about our dirty room.

Pros: very clean, upgraded
Very clean, great staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Loved the rain shower head, and the breakfast was perfect!
