The room was very comfortable, and clean. I feel very safe in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is a terible smell near lobby/breakfast area in the mornings.

Unfortunately, our reservation could not be found! Luckily, after being told they were fully booked, a room was found.

Attending a funeral

Check in was very quick as they already had my room keys ready and didn't have to fumble about trying to figure out what room they were going to put me in. The room was very clean although the TV remote was not easy to use as the cable had channels that had the number then a dot then another number-very confusing to me. In hindsight-I wasn't there to watch TV anyway.

Super smelly

Linens smell like kitchen cleaning clothes, mostly grease. Horrible, I had to put my sweatshirt on the pillow. Also pillows are terrible, you can feel balls.

My one complaint is that yall hold a $100 for damages just in case well i wasn't told that nor did I read it anywhere now it's almost 4 days later and yall are still holding my $100. I was counting on that $100 to use on a trip to Lubbock this past weekend and I've called spoke with several staff members and nobody gave me a good or straight answer why my money was still being held. Other then that absolutely amazing.

The hold is automatically released upon check out and depending on your bank it can take up to 7 business days for them to release the hold. Please let me know if there's anything that I can do to speed up this process.
