Nice hotel with a great pool/spa.

Very easy check in. We got there early and they let us check in. Wonderful waterfall in the pool. Comfortable beds. Great night sleep.

I wouldn’t stay again

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told there would be a charge of $100 per room on my debit card for incidentals. I was traveling with a university and had three rooms under my name. Luckily, after I expressed my agitation, the staff only charged me $100 and kept my card on file. (Not sure why they didn’t just keep my card on file and not charge $100). After checking in, one of the students’ rooms had thrash in the room and the beds were not made so they had to put us in another room. They did not put us all on the same floor even though I purchased all the rooms at the same time. When trying to check out, there was no one at the front desk! As I waited for a front desk clerk, another guest was telling me how she had been trying to someone to fix the toilet in her room for 24 hours. Definitely not a hotel I will stay at again.

It is important to me that our guests have a wonderful experience at La Quinta and that also includes adequate explanation of our hotel policies and billing procedures. I apologize for any discomfort you experienced. Our hotel is pet friendly and we do not charge a pet fee. I would hate to think that any guest was billed in error. However, we do charge fees for rooms that require cleaning above and beyond the normal services performed in a room in order to preserve that we can offer the same quality in each and every guest space. These fees are certainly not meant as accusations against our guests, but merely our way to offset the cost in preserving the La Quinta Standard of quality and cleanliness in each and every guest room. I am so sorry that this was not well explained and that you have had difficulty with our billing procedures here. I do invite you to contact the hotel so that we can get this matter satisfactorily resolved for you. Thank you for your time and consideration and I hope you have a great day!

Great hotel. Highly recommended. We were there for four days, they were very courteous and welcoming. Room was very clean, pool and hot tub were great!

Nice hotel, paper thin walls

Our room was nice, spacious and the staff was great, but we could hear the people next door talking at a normal volume and coughing. Also, the A/C unit kept shutting on and off which kept us awake most of the night.

Warm pool... Thin walls...

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable... but the walls are paper thin. I could clearly hear the phone conversations of the people in the rooms on either side of me. One person was booking a training session for Cisco Networking Certification, and the other person was telling his wife about the traffic in Fort Worth. I can only imagine what they heard coming from my room. If you're looking for privacy.. you might want to look elsewhere. The pool was possibly the warmest pool I've ever swam in. It was delightful. Don't let the website fool you though, you can clearly see the waterfall on the ceiling, but it is never on, and there doesn't appear to be a way to turn it on in the pool area. I was pretty disappointed.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, parking in front was ok, staff was friendly. Stayed 3 nights and everything went well. Breakfast on weekday was better than on the weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

close to I-35 and shopping mall

Cons: breakfast only had waffles , fruit bisquits and gravy and juice no eggs sausage didnt see any bacon went to ihop next door
went to FT Worth Tx for a football game wife likes to shop at the mall across the highway arrived early at the hotel and they had a room ready wife went shopping and I took care of some business

Creepy guy in the lobby

Pros: The location
Cons: Leave your boyfriend at home. Beef up the breakfast offerings
Location: The local winery was great!
We arrived in the evening and the night desk person had either her boyfriend or husband or maybe just a friend lurking in the shadows of the lobby wearing a tank top and looking somewhat threatening. Excluding the creepy guy the lobby was the best part of the hotel. It was modern and clean. once you pass the lobby the place takes a bit of a dive. It was not completely dilapidated but it was a bit shabby. The breakfast was horrible, minimal variety of products provided. No hot cereals offered.
