Quiet hotel

Was in visiting family. Kids were able to come enjoy the pool. Staff was friendly. Awesome breakfast

We were put into a room that had a faucet that would not shut off. Upon returning from dinner, there was water over part of the bathroom floor. (The sink had not run over.) The staff member in charge responded well to put us into another room.

We also want to make you aware that since your stay, we have installed a new faucet in the room. As you would have observed during your stay, we are currently in the process of renovating all our rooms and have about 15 more rooms remaining including the one you stayed in. We also want to convey to you and to our other valued guests that we will be replacing all our vanities with granite within couple months and will be replacing all the faucets and drains at that time. We appreciate your feedback and your help to let other guests know that our staff was responsive to your needs and was able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. Only ok.

Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Shower extremely slippery. A/C didn't work well. Bathroom a bit cramped. Beds not comfortable. No cups were in the room. Nice towels though.

Had stayed before but won't again

Stayed here about 3 years ago and it was fine. This stay I was disappointed in the cleanliness and general upkeep of the room. It was a depressing room - dark walls, carpet with no padding, spider in the bathroom, dirty caulking in bathroom, TV remote and clock didn't work. Staff was responsive to our needs (a light bulb needed replaced) and the towels were nice, but that's about all I can say good about it.

Easy to book. Quick checkin. Nice stay. The one negative I have is that the blankets are undersized for the king bed. They stop at the bottom of the pillows. You climb in and want the covers over your shoulder and they're not long enough. You can scrunch down in the bed, but I'm 6'5" so I got the king for a reason!
