Very thin walls

Sound was too easily transferred between rooms and in the hallway - my 9 and 12 year old and I really didn't need to hear the couple next door and their oscar worthy auditory..... how do you explain that to your kids when they are trying to watch "the tooth fairy" ...... just brutal - Pool was decent but needed cleaned- we were there on a Sunday. You could hardly see the lines on the bottom of the pool and my one son couldn't stay in the pool area as the airborne chlorine instantly reacted with his eyes -

Excellent hotel close to QE shopping and restaura

Pros: Location. cleanliness. hot tub and pool. very clean
Cons: Needs new towels and a little more decorative items on bathroom counter
Location: Perfect. shopping and restaurants
Arrived late but everything was fast and professional. Rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast and excellent with excellent service. could not ask for better. thanks to all friendly staff.

Nice Hotel

Excellent location, close to Hwy 403, shop's, restaurants, and Tim Horton's. 15min drive to Hamilton. Hotel had everything pool, hot tub, free parking. Free breakfast was excellent it had everything. Rooms were nice it was unfortunate are shower head only trickled hot water. Would stay again.

Everything is great except there is no guide on the TV

The hotel location is perfect to get to several local cities. It was very easy to check in and out. The pool was perfect for the kids and the hot tub perfect for me. They were under renovations but you could not tell. Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful in finding us a cot for our room. Will definitely stay here again.

Just off the QEW with parking and breakfast

Pros: Close to an event we were attending, free parking and good breakfast with convenient access to QEW (highway)
Last minute booking and ended up getting a "wheelchair adapted" room which was less than spectacular with a bathroom in desperate need of updating. Bed was fabulous and linens crisp (up to par for this hotel chain). The hotel is in renovation and not sure if they are at the start or end of the process. The breakfast is always good. There is a pool and hot tub although we did not use it.

Thanks for leaving us some feedback. We're happy to hear you found the beds comfortable; we know how important a restful sleep is! Most of the renovations are complete however the main floor carpeting and largest project, the breakfast room/lobby are still to be done. Guest room bedding and drapes have been completed and updates to the bathrooms will be done throughout the year. Often times when guests book through 3rd party websites such as Expedia, if a standard king room is selected, it comes to us as a wheelchair accessible room. Once we can determine whether or not the guest in fact does or does not need that specific room type, we switch to the standard king when available. I hope that clears that up for you a little! If ever in the future you do book through Expedia and want to ensure you are put into a standard king room, feel free to give us a call and we'll make that switch if the room is available!

Stayed one week. Door didn’t lock properly from day one. Told us they would fix it daily and never did. Cane back to open door 3 times . Wouldn’t move us . many staff, 2 were great others just told you what you wanted to hear. Wouldn’t go back . Most staff were not trained well or just didn’t care. Manager never contacted us although I asked daily . They did take care of our cab fare to airport but really should have discounted whole trip
