Being renovated

Pros: location
Cons: Tell us ahead of time what will be closed
Location: If there is no traffic, it is convenient to downtown Boston, Cape Ann, New Hampshire, and many other places.
Once the renovations are complete, everything should be even nicer. Our room was fine since it had already been updated. Some of the hotel facilities could not be used due to the renovations.

Disappointed

Pros: Good location to stores and restaurants.
Cons: Real doors for the bathroom. More closet/draw space.
The construction going on is an eye sore. We were placed in a room directly facing a construction zone. The outside window was broken. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said the would send someone to fix/remove the loose window pieces but no one came. This is not a good example of a Marriott hotel. We would not stay here again.

Nice hotel close to highways

All was excellent except that Wi-Fi was not included in the price so we had to pay extra;

Nice hotel small room

I booked this hotel for the indoor and outdoor pools. When I arrived they informed me that the outdoor pool was being renovated. The room was really small and the view was terrible. Finally the buffet breakfast was good but felt rushed, shortly after we started eating the waitress brought over our bill. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, for the price and service I should have gone elsewhere.

Terrible hotel!!!

The rooms were too small, didnt have a microwave and a refridgerator. There was a big piece of tape on the window, it seemed like the window cracked.

Very nice, still being renovated

Overall, very nice stay. Our room was recently remodeled and very nice. Other floors and rooms are still in the process, so some daytime construction noise. It is limited! Brunch is excellent.
