Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Beautiful Lake Champlain View - Welcoming Host
My husband and I spent Christmas 2020 at this comfortable well stocked house with amazing views of Lake Champlain. This house has all the cooking supplies you need. It has an open floor plan, large windows, and comfortable furniture. Barb is a warm and welcoming host and made us feel at home. We look forward to returning!

Glorious lakeside home!
This is a really special place. We've rented many other houses in the past and this was, by far, the best! As others have said in their reviews, the photos do NOT do this place justice. The house is bright, airy and spacious. Outside there are so many places to enjoy the amazing views of the lake and property. The easy access to the lake was wonderful and we spent lots of time kayaking, swimming and floating. The bird watching was incredible. So many songbirds, shore birds and even an eagle catching fish! Inside the house is very well stocked which made it a delight to prepare meals and then enjoy eating on the deck. The hosts, "the Barbs", are incredibly communicative, responsive and friendly and really made the visit even better. We will be back for sure!!!
