Great location in downtown Burlington. The sunset view from the bar area is fantastic. The lobby/bar area was very nice and apparently fairly popular, with a friendly vibe. A very easy walk to Church street as well as the waterfront. As a sidebar, we didn't have trouble finding street parking.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Church Street shops and restaurants, food in the hotel was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. Best place I have ever stayed in Burlington. Only issues were small; floor in the shower in room 705 doesn't tilt toward the drain so there is a large slippery puddle left even 24 hours after you last showered, towel bar or hooks on the back of bathroom door would have been really handy, and bathroom sink has a big crack in it, which didn't affect function at all, but may get worse over time, so check it out. Thanks for a great stay!

NIce hotel near restaurants, shops and walking along the path above the lake. Wonderful dining and bar. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and food was delicious.

Lovely stay! Location was perfect for walking around downtown and the view of the lake was spectacular. The staff was so nice and friendly. Would most definitely stay here again in the future!

While I didn’t get the room that I reserved I did get an 8th floor room with a phenomenal view of the lake (I received an accessibility room but reserved a king room with pull out and lake view.) As I mentioned the view was amazing, the floor was quiet, all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The pool area and parking lot were clean; someone restocked towels at the pool within minutes of me calling to say they were out. The hotel parking was easy and right down the street from both Church Street marketplace and the lake. Everything was easy and quick to get to. There were less than 10 unhoused people in tents across the street from the hotel but that is through no fault of the hotel; no one ever bothered us and we (2 females) never felt unsafe. Not only would I recommend the hotel and area (this was our first time there), we’re planning to return in a few months.

Lovely hotel with minor complaints
The room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the lake. Bed was very comfortable. Had to adjust the TV to see it from the bed. Walk-in shower was nice and soaps were adequate. Restaurant on the first floor was amazing though very pricey. Wasn't expecting to see as many unhoused persons tents near the hotel. My car was broken into though only souvenirs were stolen. We parked in the garage under the hotel.

- not good that there is no security check to prevent non-residents coming from the garage from entering swimming pool area. Card swipes required elsewhere and should be required for those coming from garage into hotel at pool level. - water is over chlorinated - makes coffee taste awful

This property is right downtown, within walking distance to historic Church street area which has everything you need from shopping, dining even a laundromat. The property was clean , quiet and staff was professional. I would definitely stay here again.
