The only thing i would say is that they didn't come in and replenish the towels. You should always do that without being asked. And you need better pillows. Other than that everything else was fine.

DUMP - DATED and Management is a JOKE

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: TEAR IT DOWN AND REBUILD WITH NEW STAFF
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME -- SHADY CHARACTERS LINGERING- GUEST ARE NOISY AND RUDE ALONG WITH STAFF OLD AND DATED DIRTY ROOMS OVERPRICED DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOCATION ITS A COMPLETELY HORRIBLE PLACE MANAGEMENT DOESNT LIKE TO BE TOLD THE CONDITIONS ARE DEPLORABLE AND NOT WILLING TO WORK OUT ISSUES.

It was fine. Clean , quiet no riff raff. The surrounding area was good also. Big mall across the road.

Random noises in room, slow wifi, awful "breakfast" - not even a banana. Called front desk to ask someone to find out where a loud buzzing was coming from, guy said he'd come, but never did.

A little personality goes along way.

Pros: Location is great!
Cons: Coffee and coffee pot should be stocked in each room, with out having to call down to the desk and have it delivered to your room??? Why???
Location: Lots of places to eat (variety) and lots of shopping!
Front desk personnel, not friendly at all. You feel as if your putting them out with a check in and the check out!!!!

Disgusting hotel by the mall

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the mall, boy was that a big mistake. Supposedly it was a non smoking hotel but it reeked of smoke. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in the drain. The shower curtain was dirty and the walls had dirt streaks on them. Absolutely the worst!!!

Horrible Front Desk

Cons: Better customer service.
When I arrived the person of the front desk, Kim, looked up and asked "checking in?". I said yes but she continued to do what she was doing, writing some notes on a piece of paper. I waited for a few minute. The phone rang. She picked the phone and talked for a while then went back to writing her notes as if no one was there. After a few more minutes she finished writing then started my check in process. The whole time she acted like she was angry about something. At one point, she wanted me to pay. I told her that I already paid through Expedia. She then printed something and wanted me to sign without confirming about my payment so I had to ask her before she confirmed that I had already paid. This was my first stay with Extended Stay. I sure hope Kim is typical staff there.

Comfortable and convenient

Location: Great supermarket and shopping center nearby, an easy drive from the airport on our way to the freeway north.
The room was comfortable and we really appreciated the refrigerator & cooking facilities in our room. Staff were friendly & helpful. We would certainly stay again.
