Don't Stay Here....no hot water, no "breakfast".

We arrived after midnight on a Saturday night, to find out that the "Free Breakfast" consisted of coffee, mini-muffins, and granola bars. As another guest jokingly described it...."Top Notch".
We had booked our stay for eleven (11) nights. During our stay, the water was completely shut off twice for "maintenance", I had a luke warm shower one morning, and then this morning, before checking out, attempted to take a shower, but had ICE WATER only!!
We religiously book through Expedia, and trust this site, HOWEVER....disappointed does not even come close to how we feel, now that we have returned home.
We did have a refrigerator, microwave and stove top in our room....BUT no plates, no utensils, no cooking equipment, not even an ice tray in the freezer, or a coffee maker!!!!
Extended Stay boasts about their 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE....BUT WHEN I ASKED AT THE FRONT DESK, THIS MORNING, I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE I BOOKED IT THROUGH EXPEDIA, ALL THEY COULD OFFER ME IS A FREE NIGHT certificate!!!!!!!
EXPEDIA....I really need your help this time...PLEASE RESPOND!!
