No daily cleaning extremely noisy AC. No real breakfast served despise claiming to have breakfast included in price.

Hotel was ok. No hot water day one. Was resolved by morning. It was over booked so our double Queen turned into a king. No too happy about that but what can you do.

Good location

Pros: Location
Cons: Sink in the room was slow to drain.
Location: Plenty of shopping and places to eat.
Good location, next to the mall and plenty of restaurants..

Out of service room and cat urine

Cons: It was ridiculous that they did not offer me credit or another option at a nearby hotel - they should have arranged that!
Arrived at the hotel to find that they had overbooked. The only room they had was an out of service room that smelled strongly of cat urine, had sticky floors, dirt in the bathroom, dirty counters and toilet. My only option was to take it because at 11:00 at night I wasn't about to go searching for another hotel and they did not offer me any other options.

Good for Long Stays for Business

Pros: I thought the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. If the hotel is rated a 3-star, I'd give the staff a 4-star.
Cons: The Grab-and-go breakfast is weak. The coffee isn't particularly good. I think it would be better to just serve high end coffee and skip the snacks.
Location: There is a Wegman's a short distance away, which has everything edible you'd ever want. The Burlington Mall is nearby. Lot's of restaurants around.
This Extended Stay America is typical for an extended stay hotel where you'll be in a place for several weeks. It's not the type of hotel for a family vacation. It's near area businesses, so it would be great for contractors. It's a little hard to find, but once you know your way around, it's a great location. Since extended stay people don't like to eat out every night, it's great to have a full refrigerator, a microwave and a stove top. If you're going to Burlington, MA on business, this is a good choice for longer term stays.

For the money , this was a good hotel very convienent to major highways for me .. The staff try to help you and make you feel important :)

Location was good - easy to find - close to restaurants and easy on/off the highway. Room had broken closet door and other small things not repaired. Shoddy.
