Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Fairfield Inn Burlington Williston with us. I am very sorry our current appearance was not what you had anticipated. We strive to maintain the highest standards, not only in service, but also with regards to maintaining the overall look and feel of the hotel. Unfortunately, this sometimes requires essential renovations in our guest areas. Although we fell short of meeting your expectations during your past stay, I hope you will consider Fairfield Inn Burlington Williston on your next visit to Williston so that we can better deliver upon the guest experience you deserve. I was pleasantly surprised to find this clean and comfortable hotel, with great amenities, even though it is not a 5 star hotel, yet it is great for a short stay.

Nice hotel, decent price, hard to find at night

Posted Dec 1, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable room, good amenities, convenient location, reasonable price
Cons: Very hard to find the hotel and entrance road on a dark night
Location: Williston is only 10 minutes to UVM, and only a few more to downtown Burlington. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. A few slightly annoying but relatively minor issues: (1) the hotel sign is relatively small, both the sign and the hotel is set back from the main road, and the entrances a little way down the road is not marked, so it was quite difficult to find our way in at night, and (2) a loud mechanical noise on the roof above our room necessitated changing to a different room. However, once we were in our new room, it was quite comfortable and clean, and had the usual amenities we expect from a Fairfield Inn were all there. Free parking, internet and breakfast, is included, and the price was pretty reasonable considering it was the start of ski season. There's plenty of resaurants and shopping nearby, and (once we found it) the hotel is less than a 1/4 mile from the Interstate. Williston is only 10 minutes to UVM, and only a few more to downtown Burlington, so it's convenient too.

Just off major highway, south of Burlington

Posted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: Like the location - right off the major highway I89, south of Burlington.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel ... missed it twice as it does not have a well defined drive in entrance.
We arrived late. Lots of parking at front door. Keys were ready within 1 minute. Delicious coffee/tea available at checkin ... along with some popcorn packages for popping in our room. Our daughter was sooooo happy! It was late, we were tired and this hotel accommodated us quickly. Plus, there was a genuine warmth and happiness on their faces. Very welcoming ... making us relaxed right away.

Propre et près des magasins des "outlets"

Posted Nov 27, 2015
Pros: Wifi et propreté irréprochable.
Cons: Le look des corridors (série de rideau), est un peu moche
Location: À côté des magasins
Propre, excellent wifi, beaucoup de choix dans le déjeuner inclus et petit frigo dans la chambre.
