The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard but the bed was clean. The only complaint I have is with the shower. It was a stand up shower with only partial glass so there was no door or curtain. This made the shower cold and water got on the floor. I don’t understand why you have a shower without a door or curtain. It makes for a cold watery mess.
The staff was very nice and the house keeping did a good job keeping the room clean. However, the room smelled of mold (I believe from the AC/Heat unit). My son with allergies ended up getting sick and the rest of us had very stuffy noses that felt like a cold. A few hours after we left, everything cleared up. I had other friends staying in the hotel as well and their room smelled so musty they had to move to another room. They too felt stuffy but felt better when they left as well.
The tub in my room was not cleaned after the prior guest. I got in the shower and slipped because there was soap residue. Upon further inspection of the tub and bathroom, I found hairs all over the place.
I couldn't complain right at that time because I was in charge of getting the groom to the church on time and the place was fully booked.
Clean and well appointed. Nicely maintained, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Our only criticism is that the pool water was murky. Lots of fast food options in the immediate area, but if wanting good meals, would need to go into town, where there are several good restaurants.

Room was nice- was able to check in early that helped with the early wedding we needed to attend.
Red flashing light on phone all night was irritating
Black mold caulking around part of the tub- that was a turn off
The staff was phenomenal!!! The young lady you have doing your breakfast that’s only been there a short time gives excellent service! She went above and beyond. The other staff members were very polite and helpful as well. Only thing i would recommend if i was a manager is keep employees off their cell phones as the attentiveness at the front desk wasn’t the best by multiple people. Again they were all very good just need to focus on who is in front of them.
Products used to clean or scent the lobby set off an allergic reaction and I ended up with sinus infection. Forced air unit for heat dried out the room air. Poor sound proofing. Woken several times by loud people in the hall. Most food at breakfast was prepackaged other than the apples and oranges and hot eggs. Poor nutritional quality in the meal. Will not stay again.
We were in town for a funeral. They were nice enough to let us check in early. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude and dismissive. Our room was filthy! The headboards were covered in handprints. The pillows cases were dirty. There was mold in the air conditioner vents. The bathtub with covered in mold and grime. Unfortunately, we did not notice all these issues until Saturday morning. As I said previously, we are in town for a funeral so Saturday we were focused on the funeral and all the things that go with that not on our room. How do we notice all the issues when we checked in, we would have reported in immediately.
The people at the front desk were super friendly, and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Every single employee from check in/out, the breakfast attendant, housekeeping were so happy and easy to chat with. I will stay here again next year for the conference for sure!
They don't have a vending machine, only the cantina, which is nice.. except a pure leaf tea and an aquafina water cost $7. Other than that everything else was amazing! Clean, friendly, hot breakfast, quiet hallways (i even had the room right next to the elevator) would definitely stay again!

Disappointing
I was disappointed with the hotel for the price I paid. The bedroom was okay, but the bathroom area was strange. Very low light, hard to turn off faucets. They were changing out door lock systems and our door was difficult to lock. The price was way too high for the quality.
We were actually put up in the Comfort Inn in Burlington because the Fairfield inn had some plumbing issues. The Comfort Inn was beautiful. The breakfast however is nothing to speak of. A muffin and coffee about sums it up. The swimming pool was spacious and very nice. We will definitely be back at this hotel for sure.
The easy check in and out convenient location and cleanliness common areas. I liked the pool just wish it was bigger to accommodate multiple guest. Breakfast was good except for undercooked waffles and the sausage was dry plus they needed more bacon, but overall the breakfast is good
