Rosa is amazing!Posted Nov 1, 2015
The hotel was clean and comfortable and very accommodating. Rosa, the night manager, was fantastic...very friendly and helpful. The room was probably a little over priced, but after a 12 hour drive, it was perfect.

Great Over NightPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The T.V.'s were a bit out dated. Breakfast hours could be a little longer.
Location: About a 20 minute ride from Boston. Great place to stay for a comfortable night without the city price tag.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt after spending a day in Boston, and attending a Bruins game. We called the morning of and asked if an early check in would be possible. The hotel was extremely busy the night before, and were at capacity, therefore, we were unable to check in early. Although we could not check in early, the staff were extremely accommodating and offered us a late check in as we would be spending the day in Boston. On the phone they asked if we were doing anything special, and we mentioned we were going to a hockey game. Upon our arrival Bill asked about the game, and although it was a tough loss, it was nice to see they had made a note in the system and Bill was able to connect with us immediately. He also was extremely welcoming, and went over all of the hotels features briefly. Walking to our car my boyfriend and I said to each other Bill was one of the friendliest front desk attendants we have come across. Our room was spacious, and set up like a little apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with the set up. The one thing I would say are the T.V.'s are a bit out dated and can be a bit challenging to turn on, or change the channels. We were told to unplug, and plug back in the T.V. should it not power on, and make sure to point the controller directly at the re. In the bedroom we would have had to move the entire dresser which was pretty heavy. However, for a night stay that did not prove to be much of a concern for us.

Hyatt House Burlington, MAPosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: Facilities in general. A generous breakfast and a high speed wireless Internet. Room was very clean!
Cons: No further improvements are needed.
Location: You may visit the Burlington Shopping Mall, can walk and jog, good restaurants at 10/15 minutes driving distance, cinemas and many other facilities.
One of the best hotel experience in the last 10 years.A conveniently located facility at a short drive distance from Boston, Lexington, Waltham. Suggested for families and couples, for business and leisure. Great property!

everyone was courteous and friendly. We had a flat tire on our vehicle and Rich from maintenance ft a compressor to blow it up and helped me find the leak so I could fix it....then refused to take any money for his help. He and the front desk staff were wonderful.

Very Happily Suprised!Posted Aug 24, 2015 on Hotels
We loved our stay at the Burlington, MA Hyatt House and were only disappointed that we only had one night to enjoy our room! The layout of the room afforded our sons to do their own thing long after we had gone to sleep. The room had everything we could have needed to make our stay as inviting and comfortable as possible. We hadn't been expecting an efficiency suite and I even phoned the front desk to double check that we weren't staying in a room that was billed at a higher rate than we had anticipated. We have already booked the hotel for an upcoming area visit & are looking forward to our next stay!
