They were great!!! Wonderful stay. For those going to visit Nauvoo, I would strongly recommend staying here. It’s a pretty drive about 20 minutes along the Mississippi. Hilton should be proud of this hotel.

I loved the fact that everyone that I talked to seems genuinely happy, sweet and very polite, with their answers! The breakfast is always great! Can't beat a Hampton Inn breakfast! The pool was clean and we'll stocked with pool towels, and the room was very clean! Fantastic job to all involved!!!

The property was relativley clean and the staff at check in was very good....however the hotel was very disappointing in regards to the pool. We booked this hotel due to the indoor heated pool while travelig with 3 little boys so they could enjoy the pool and burn off some energy for the travel. VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out the pool was not heated and the staff did not seem to be surprised by this. They did NOT tell us upon check in that the pool heater was not working. So needless to say, with 3 litte boys, all under age 6, we got to the rooms all settled in swimsuits on only to go to the pool and find out it was NOT heated and so cold they could not stay in the water. It was too late by then to check out and go to another hotel. The hotel manager did not offer any remedy until demanded. Then they only offered refund for one of 2 rooms. VERY dissappointing and will not stay at this particular hotel again.

Unfortunately, the pool heater was down and that had not been properly communicated to our front desk staff, and for that I truly apologize. I have already spoken with my team about the importance of making sure all things are communicated so we can run more smoothly. Great Bed! Be sure to request housekeeping.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I requested an accessible room with a walk-in shower. The room was on the second floor which was fine but it was the last room in the hallway away from the elevator and a difficult trek for me. The bed was fabulous- very comfortable with lots of fabulous pillows. I wish there had been a comfortable chair. My biggest complaint was the toilet that had not been cleaned before I checked in and had feces on the sides. This was not my first stay and I will return, but I will be more specific about my needs and cleanliness. I did not notice the note in the room that they do not provide housekeeping services every day unless requested.

The only negative was the evening clerk who checked us in. More concerned with smoking outside than checking us in. Surly and definitely acted as if she did not enjoy her job.

Our toliet had urine all the way down the side of it. Alots of hair in the bathroom. The remainder of the room was clean. Bathroom needed attention

Had an exceptional stay at the Hampton Inn - Keokuk. Was greeted by their very friendly staff at check-in & check-out. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall very pleased with our stay here. We will be back!

Not enough handicap parking spaces. Once I had to park very far away. It was extremely difficult to get to a door, then that door was out of order. It was a great inconvenience. Other than that the property was very nice.

Clean and friendly!
Stayed overnight with my daughter and was met by some very friendly staff, as well as a very clean and well kept room. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good, and every interaction I had was pleasant. I would absolutely book here again!

Over all the stay was good other then us waking up with bug bites. I saw a few aunts in the room nothing crazy didn’t think anything of it but woke up and we had bites all over and my husbands even got swollen.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were totally booked due to a storm hitting the area a few days prior and many still being without power. The room was reserved was no longer available for the first night of our stay. So instead of having two beds, we had one and a rollaway which made it almost impossible to walk in the room and was uncomfortable. They were able to switch us to a two bed room the following night. The staff was nice, but I am not sure why the room we reserved was given away.
