Overall good, but some complaints.
The room was nice. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was decent. The bathroom door in the room is a barn door style and does not lock, which can be a challenge for families.

Almost Perfect
I have stayed at this location several times. The facility is clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make guests happy. The only thing I didn't like was the beds. I was in two different rooms during my stay, and the beds in each room were uncomfortable. The beds must have been changed as they were very comfortable the last time I stayed two years ago.

My wife and I really enjoyed the room and all the amenities the Hotel had to offer. The pool and Jacuzzi was in great shape. And was very clean. The breakfast options was perfect for are stay. Will stay again in the future.

Great hotel, great location.
Our hotel was right next to the main road in Burlington/ Mount Vernon. We had access to everything. The hotel staff was great and our room was VERY clean. If I had to sing anything it would be that the walls are a shade too thin. That’s it :)

Front desk personnel (I think the signed said the person on duty was Charisma Grim...) not particularly friendly or helpful. Curtly asked for my first name, checked me in without a word, offered no additional insight into where the room was (eventually saw me trying to find it and told me where it was), no hospitality whatsoever. Felt like an intruder. Breakfast personnel grumpy as well. Very little charisma, lots of grim. The room and amenities were basic but clean and satisfactory. Exercise room was basic but all equipment was fine. Pool was nicely maintained. Breakfast offering was stellar, a variety of great options that most hotels no longer offer. Highly recommend the breakfast portion. Not the worst of best place I've ever stayed.

We booked last minute and had problems with the hotel receiving the reservation. Griffin from front of house and his staff were fabulous and helped us to get sorted. Can’t thank them enough. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would recommend

The hotel stay was fine but they wouldn’t let us pay cash for the room. Not everyone wants to pay with a credit card. I was prepared for a “hold for incidentals” on my card but wanted to pay cash for the room itself and the hotel refused to let me. It just doesn’t make sense and was very frustrating.
