The temp of the room was warm and there was hair in the ahower. But I would stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty, stains on the tile, stains on the ceiling, floor looked to be un-vacuumed, overall cleanliness of the property was poor. The staff however was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel in nice location, plenty of parking. Great room location for us Mini golf was fun. Loved the hot tub. Bedding was brand new. Room service people were EXCELLENT. Hotel cosmetically looked great and was cleaned nicely. For the money we paid, better amenities should have been provided. Then things went down hill after settling into our room--Breakfast had bananas that were not fresh daily, no other fruit available (needs better variety/upgrading). Drive through drop off area was iced over pretty bad -salt would have solved that problem. Room temp control was stuck on hot (uncomfortable). Chair at desk was broken so when you sat down you sank to the floor :(. Pool was NOT heated. Children running around screaming bloody murder so we turned up the TV (we didn't complain but Mgt stopped it after 30 min), adults verbally fighting, crying, cursing 2/7 days ( we did complain about that the second day and Mgt handled it) Could hear clearly folks using their bathroom (drunk/vomiting -horrid sounds-gross) so sound proofing is needed. Exit door closed extremely hard, so you could hear people coming/going.

We wanted a quick weekend get a way for our 1 year anniversary so i found this hotel on line. Looked pretty retro and wanted to check it out. The carpet had stains all over it, the bathroom floor in front of the toilet had pee dribble on it, my husband couldnt sleep because of all the dust in the vents, the vent covers were caked with a thick layer of dust. We turned the bed sheets back to get into bed and it was wet! I will never come back!

Very adequate hotel. Pool and hot tub area are nice. Could still use some upgrades overall, but a good value.

There used to be something called customer service which meant ingratiating (<< look it up... in a real dictionary) one's self to the customer. That idea did not seem to exist at this hotel. When a customer has to stand for over ten minutes without being acknowledged because the desk person is talking to other hotel employees and delivery service people - that's just rude to the customer... I get it - a delivery is important, however if your customers get treated like this regularly you won't need those deliveries - will you?? Also when a customer books a hotel online and pays for the room in advance online, they should not be charged a second time at the hotel when checking-in, ESPECIALLY when the customer TOLD the desk-person that the room was PRE-PAID, the desk-person who was obviously distracted by the other employees and service delivery, seemed uninterested in getting it right and was more interested with getting back to her flirtatious discussion with the employees and the service delivery guy... Also on-checking out, I waited in similar fashion, till I could not wait any longer because my transportation was ready to leave. Overall it was a pain checking-in and checking-out I should have paid the extra $20-25 to stay at the other hotel in the area...

Room was not ready on time, just walked in my room and maintenance was right behind me, came in to fix shower head. Later that night when I went to take my sower water went everywhere, had a mess to clean up. Was not a happy stay.
