Breakfast was setup oddly but was ok. Instead of the exact same eggs every morning for 4 days it would have been interesting to have have pancakes or french toast as an option with maybe maple syrup...i mean it is in Vermont. Other than that it was great! Rooms were very clean you do get some hallway noise but all in all it was good. Rooms are definitely dated but nice. Bus to Stowe Ski resort was very convenient.

Like the free hot breakfast, served by a very nice man. Also the pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Property is old so made it unique. Floor in room seemed a little wonky, the room was very good though, bed comfy.

We stayed three nights here for our ski trip. Super close to Stowe, great breakfast, nice pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at The Northern Lights Inn was excellent. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean. Our room was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The mini refrigerator was a welcome addition. The daily breakfast had options and were great. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall, our experience at this property was positive. The convenience of having an electric car charger available was greatly appreciated, and the proximity to the ski resort was a definite plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the only drawback we encountered was that the rooms lacked soundproofing. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

The property was average in experience. The rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the hallways smelled of pot and the proprietors did not seem happy. Otherwise an average experience.

I love the old fashioned- actually use a key to get into your room. Great room, great breakfast menu, and friendly staff. The amenities like the pool are taken care of. Would definitely go back!

Clean, comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast and staff was very friendly. My son loved the game room and the indoor pool. Very convenient to ski at Stowe, easy drive up the street or take the free shuttle with a stop right across the street from the hotel

Great place and close to the Stowe resort! We really liked Northern Lights Lodge! Good looking place. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, hot showers, nice pool and hot tub and great breakfast in the morning. Will be back in the summer and fall!!

Great location, right next to Mt Mansfield. Decent breakfast and the staff are really friendly. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great after a day of skiing. Only negative issue is that the mattresses are too soft and lopsided. Skiers need decent firm mattresses. Like Spruce Peak!

What a wonderful place to stay! We were able to park under a car port which was ideal with a snow storm coming it. There are limited covered spaces that include electric vehicle charging. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast is made to order and the eggs and sausage were quite good compared to typical continental breakfast. Rooms are nice with the basic needs nothing over the top fancy but cozy and comfortable. Hallway noise is noticeable but with the room fan on it didn’t disrupt us at all. We will definitely stay again. Pricing is more that reasonable when compared to properties nearby. It was a 5 minute drive to Stowe in a storm. We will definitely stay again!

Clean comfortable lodging with easy access to stowe. a free bus stops in front of hotel every 15 min to shuttle to mountain. Breakfast is eggs/muffin. indoor pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast guy very friendly.
