Good stay

Enjoyed our stay room was clean and comfortable. I was confused at check in when I read a sign that said they didn't accept cash debit or prepaid credit cards. I had purchased a prepaid credit card to book room and could not use it to pay. Would have been nice to know that before we got there. The girl at the front desk did help us work it out but it was inconvenient.

Won't stay here again.

Pros: Everything was satisfactory.
Cons: Transparency with pricing.
Location: Near the highway.
I booked through Expedia and the hotel stay was satisfactory except that they sneak in a Resort fee of CAD 3.50 per accommodation, per night on checkout. I prefer when hotels are more transparent and just include all fees in the price. Last time I paid resort fees were in Las Vegas and Orlando, but this is Burlington, Ontario. While the room stay was satisfactory, the price value was poor as 4 star+ hotels in this area can be booked for less.

Rooms were spacious and staff are friendly yes I would definitely recommend this hotel

The check-in was great and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast area is a little cramped though. The breakfast was okay, there is room for improvement.

Convenient lication to visit family

Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Room size was comfortable and bathroom fully equiped with lots of fluffy towels. Room very quiet considering close proximity to major highway. Although we selected the location for a family visit it is still easy to access nearby shopping and the older, quaint main street of town and the waterfront. Note that the hotel access is off a service road so takes planning your entry and exit.

Very comfortable, amenities were plenty, staff was very friendly, and our stay was great. We needed a room at the last minute as we didn't expect to be in town and it worked out very well, including being able to bring our bet (even for the additional fee it was worth it).

Convenient place to stay

Pros: location, breakfast included,
Location: For our purposes this location was great; a little inconvenient in that we could not easily access the hotel when coming from the lake side
We needed to be in Burlington for the better part of a week and this was a great place and location for our needs

disappointed

I didnt know the breakfast was until quantities last. Most of it was gone a 1/2 hr before the finish time and was told it was sold out. E.g. bread , sausage, waffle mix cold eggs cold homefries cold coffee. Pancake syrup all over the floor what a mess. Worst Iv seen.
