Nice staff, problems at the facility

The staff greeting was great. However, we were assigned a second floor room very far from the elevator, a big problem with our baggage. The supposedly automatic entry doors closed on us when half our bags were in: the rest were trapped in the foyer. The bed was disappointing: a rummy innerspring mattress.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that you had issues getting your baggage in the front door. The doors generally don't stay open very long due to the weather and temperature outside varying from inside. However, they do automatically open whenever anyone approaches them. It is nice to hear that your staff experience was great. We hope you choose to stay with us again in the future!
