Excellent hotel, no downside

Location: Small pleasant town, friendly with good restaurant, "Essential Restrauant" town center.
Comfortable spacious room, good breakfast courteous staff.

Older hotel with well care-for facilities

Cons: The room was a bit chilly, even with heat.
Quality Inn Burlington is an older hotel,but the rooms are comfortable and furnished with comfortable beds and good linens. Furnishings need updating. We had a king with refrigerator and microwave. All rooms are no smoking. Our room was quiet, and street noise was nonexistent. The hot breakfast was a s advertised with omelets,sausage,biscuits,and gravy. Waffles, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, and a variety of pastries were available. A good place to rest for a night or longer!

Very nice hotel.

The hotel was way better than we expected. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but great.

We were initially given a room on second floor. No elevator! We are both seniors. We were told nothing on first. Asked for our money back. Told no because we booked on line through a third party. So, she finally offered us a handicap room, first floor. The room had strong sour smell to it. We asked for a different room. This room also had the same smell, although not as bad. When confronted again she told us mostly likely all rooms are the same, it's what the use to clean the room. I know better than that. We travel back and forth to NY/NJ every year at this time. 95 percent of the time we stay at Choice Hotels. The was a first. We will not be staying Quality Inn again! I was walking by the office later in the evening, heard her talking to another employee. She could not wait to get out of Quqlity Inn!

The side door near the room we stayed in was not secure. Anyone could walk in no room key was needed to enter. Not a good idea
