The hotel was very nice, the room was very clean an spacious. The location was great too. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next I'm in the Burlington, Vermont area.
I have stayed here the last 3 years when I come for a conference. Reasonable rates near airport and highway. Nice indoor pool. Across the street from starbucks and greeted with a warm cookie at checkin.
Our room had a mechanical problem where the A/C didn't work. We called the front desk and they sent a guy to fix it. He said it was fixed but it wasn't and we had an uncomfortable night in a musty room. Otherwise a nice hotel but watch out they charge 15 bucks a night for parking which we didn't ...
Very convenient and a great staff. I have a knee injury which severely limited my movement. Whenever I needed some help with luggage or purchasing anything such as soft drinks at any time, day or night, they were extremely responsive and would come to my room as needed. They're also next to the Windjammer ...
Good stay for one night. Although the exterior looked like a typical Quality Inn, the room itself was extremely clean and resembled a much higher-echelon hotel chain. It was comfortable, clean, and overall quite pleasant.
Everything was great except for the super loud A/C units outside the room. We moved to another room for the second night, but it was the same thing. If it wasn't for that, I would give this hotel a 5+!
We stayed here for two days over labor day weekend. We pretty much were only in the room to sleep and shower, and this hotel was perfect for that. We booked a king size bed room, and it was clean and the bed super comfortable, semi-updated. Staff was super friendly, they even let us have breakfast ...
This hotel is close to the center of town, an easy to walk to Church Street, the waterfront, and all that the area offers. The entry is hip and contemporary so it doesn't quite feel like a chain hotel. The king-bed room we had was spacious enough with a decent bathroom. One small irritation: the ...
Wonderful warm staff, quiet rooms back from freeway overlooking pond and green lawn. Old facility with updated paint and draperies. Close to Burlington and Shelburne sights. Large dining room with patio for breakfast.
We were there to enjoy the Champlain Valley Fair. The Hotel answered all our needs. The pool was enjoyed by everyone. The hotel was under renovation at the time which made getting to our room a little more challenging but nothing to be surprised at. Would stay there again.
A good hotel / motel, staff very good & facilities are also good plus the rooms are extra large, good for travellers with a lot of bags.
Hotel policy of asking for your credit card for charges you haven't or do not plan to incur punishes responsible customers for the actions of others. I don't think this policy or the hotels that use them are fair.
