I am sorry that some weekends, with a hotel of 132 rooms, parking may be a bit of a challenge. We have plenty of parking but to have it all close to every room is almost impossible unfortunately. We do appreciate your Feedback however.

We called ahead to make sure there was a pool, because the website stated it did. I wanted to double check because this was a trip for my son's birthday. We traveled over 4 hours after confirming that there was indeed a pool, checked into our room and got ready to swim, just to walk the hallways in our swimsuits and be told the pool has been closed for MONTHS. My son was extremely disappointed, and I am very irritated. We would have happily stayed at a different hotel if we would have been told when I originally called.

I am so sorry that you were given incorrect information prior to your arrival. I can only conclude that you were told this by a department other than our hotel front desk as we have not had a hotel pool in over 25 years and are so excited that our brand new hotel pool is about to open. However, the following message was sent to the phone number you provided immediately following the reservation you made:Nicole HighPlease be advised the INDOOR waterpark has been removed at our property. A brand-new hotel pool with splash pad, an all-new Ballocity, and a brand-new Ninja Extreme course are currently under construction and CLOSED due to remodeling. Underwhelming
Every employee i came in contact with was friendly and helpful! However, the actual hotel was less than stellar. The hallways and surrounding neighborhood was kind of sketch, but the room was nice. Overall, not super awesome considering what i paid.

While everything during our stay was generally enjoyable, I couldn't help but notice that the water pressure in the showers left room for improvement. Additionally, it would have been even more delightful if the pool had been accessible.

The only thing I didn't like was how crowded the pool area was. It seems like you should have exclusive hours for people with a room. There was so much going on, my mom who is elderly, wanted to go and she had a good time, but there were almost no shaded spots unless you got there early and got a table. The seating wasn't good at all because of all the people. A quiet few hours in the morning for elderly or little kids, or guests staying at the resort, before the sun gets too hot would be such a great incentive. Also, the Boogaloo (or whatever it was called) restaurant people were not accommodating, helpful or made any attempt to remedy the fact that we had missing items from the meals I picked up to bring back to our room. My mom and I were both already in our pajamas when I realized they didn't put our salads in the bags and they didn't offer to comp the missing items or bring them up to the room - nothing. And the meal was almost $100 including a tip! I was a server for several years, and it was just really bad customer service, especially with the amount of money I paid for our meals. But the people at the check-in were amazing and friendly and extremely patient. Overall, the rooms were really clean and nice. The beds were so comfy, my mom and I slept the best we'd slept in years! It's a great place and I'll definitely stay there again sometime.

The Fun City Resort is a perfect place for family vacations with children of any age. Clean comfortable rooms although not very spacious. The only downside is the amenities are at a separate cost so the tab adds up quickly. Several restaurants on site with great food varieties so guests don't have to leave the property. Customer Service was Amazing!
