Perfect Last Minute Getaway

Came by myself on a motorcycle to explore the Marble Falls/Kingsville/Burnet area and the property was ideally located and super comfortable/cozy. Will definitely come back if I find myself back exploring the same area.

Great spot

Had a great time for an overnight trip on the weekend. Really cool spot, we checked out some local wineries and went paddle boarding. The cabin was, as the name says, cozy and clean. Would definitely come back.

Perfect for a couple!

This cabin was super adorable & very clean! It comes stocked with literally everything you need! It’s super close to the lakefront & you can rent boats, jet skis, etc...

Great weekend getaway!

The “Cozy Cottage” is very accurately named! It was perfect for a relaxing, easy weekend. The property is great too. We hiked, kayaked, played on the lake and ventured out to wineries. It has everything you need and is very comfortable! Hope we can make it back sometime!

Nice and Comfortable

Our weekend goal was to wear ourselves out during the day and spend a quiet comfortable evening recovering. This property was perfect. We had several state parks/natural areas, Lake LBJ, golf, biking and more all close. The Cozy Cabin was ideal for my wife and I during the evening. The area was quiet and peaceful, the oversized tub was great for soaking and the king sized bed was warm and comfortable.

Nice, clean and COZY

My husband & I stayed for a "weekend getaway". This location was perfect for our plans. The property is very nice, I love that it was close to the water, quiet and was in a beautiful setting. I would recommend this place to others.
