"No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol"

You have to pay extra for a tea and coffee caddy/ pack in your room and you only get 2 of each so that was not brilliant but otherwise a really pleasant stay and nice room considering the low price. Perfect for Heathrow"
